Just as we noted that one Michigan Wolverine could be returning, another is out the door, presumably permanently.
In a terse, 16-word press release, UM announced that Logan Tuley-Tillman has been dismissed from Jim Harbaugh‘s UM football program. The stated reason for the offensive lineman’s dismissal was “conduct unacceptable for a Michigan student-athlete.”
Tuley-Tillman was a four-star member of Brady Hoke‘s last UM recruiting class, rated as the No. 24 offensive tackle in the country and the No. 7 player at any position in the state of Illinois. He played in one game as a true freshman last season, the season opener against Appalachian State.
This season, he was listed as the No. 2 left tackle on the most recent depth chart. He played in the 2015 opener as well, the loss to Utah last Thursday night in Harbaugh’s debut as a head coach at his alma mater.
