    Dietrich Enns has signed with the LG Twins of the Korea Baseball Organization.
    Enns spent the past two seasons pitching for the Seibu Lions of Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball. The 32-year-old southpaw, who will make $1 million in 2024, has made 11 appearances (one start) in the majors dating back to 2017.

    Enns has a deal in place with an unnamed team in Asia, per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times. The 30-year-old southpaw pitched to an impressive 2.82 ERA, 1.03 WHIP, and 25/6 K/BB ratio over 22 1/3 innings with the Rays in 2021, though that was his first MLB action since 2017.

    Enns has pitched extremely well of late, posting a sparkling 2.82 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 25/6 K/BB ratio across 22 1/3 innings (nine appearances) since being promoted in early August. The 30-year-old lefty has options remaining, so he’s been sent down to bring up a fresh arm after tossing two perfect frames on Friday evening against the Marlins. He should be back very soon.

    Dietrich Enns got the final out on Monday to pick up a save against the Blue Jays.
    David Robertson started the ninth with the Rays leading 6-2, but he allowed a two-run homer to Marcus Semien, and Jt Chargois loaded the bases. Inns was tasked with the cleaning up the mess, and he struck out Breyvic Valera to end the contest. It’s the second save of the year for Inns, and it’s possibly (probably) the last.

    Dietrich Enns yielded one run over four innings on Thursday to pick up a win in relief against the Tigers.
    Enns notched three strikeouts and issued only one walk in an extended bulk relief appearance. A solo homer off the bat of Niko Goodrum in the fifth inning represented the lone tally against him in this one. He generated 10 swinging strikes and finished with an impressive 35 percent CSW (called strikes plus whiffs) on 57 pitches. The 30-year-old left-hander has recorded a solid 3.15 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 22/6 K/BB ratio across 20 innings (seven appearances) this season.

    Rays manager Kevin Cash announced that Dietrich Enns will start for the Rays on Thursday against the Tigers.
    He’ll be taking over the rotation spot vacated by the injured Chris Archer (hip). Enns did a nice job in relief of Archer on Saturday. picking up a win over four perfect inning of relief. Given the matchup, he’s worthy of consideration as a streaming option for next week.

    Enns was forced to enter at the start of the fifth inning after Chris Archer was lifted due to hip discomfort. The 30-year-old reliever proceeded to rock a perfect four innings in relief, picking up a well-earned win along the way. The performance was made all the more nice by the fact that this was just Enns’ sixth appearance at the major league level this season.

    Rays placed LHP Shane McClanahan on the 10-day injured list with a stiff back.
    Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times says that it’s “considered a very precautionary move” and McClanahan is expected to miss just one start. Chris Archer is likely to fill in for that one missed outing, while Dietrich Enns is expected to take McClanahan’s roster spot.
