Woods gets booed at Stanford-California game

BOO WHO?

Tiger Woods faced an unusual reception when he delivered a half-time speech at this past week’s Stanford-California football game.

Woods, who was on hand to serve as honory captain and be inducted into the Stanford Athletics Hall of Fame, gave a brief talk at midfield during halftime. Though the game was at Stanford, California fans roundly booed Woods, which caught him offguard.

The Golden Bears beat the Cardinal, 34-28.
