Cowboys seventh-round DT Ken Bishop has been getting the majority of the snaps at nose tackle at OTAs.
Bishop was the 251st pick in last month’s draft. He stands just 6-foot and 306 pounds and was dubbed a bit of a “tweener” coming out of Northern Illinois. The Cowboys have a number of options at three-technique defensive tackle, where Henry Melton is the favorite, but are holding a wide-open competition at the one-technique nose spot. Seven-year veteran Nick Hayden is another option.
