Former Boston College three-star 2020 WR commit Luke Floriea announced on Sunday that he has reopened his recruitment.
“After a long talk with coaches and family, I have decided to reopen my recruitment,” Floriea (5'10/170) said in a post he released via Twitter Sunday afternoon. The three-star wideout from Mentor, Ohio (Menton, OH) committed to Boston College in mid-May, picking Steve Addazio’s program over offers from schools such as Air Force, Ball State and Kent State. Floriea was one of the many recruits in attendance for the Eagles’ season opening win over Virginia Tech. His decision to decommit drops Boston College down to 14 verbal pledges in the 2020 class.
