Jackie Bradley Jr. went 0-for-3 for Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday, leaving him at .202/.261/.333 in 92 plate appearances for the club.
Bradley signed with the Mets in late July after putting up big numbers in indy ball to start the year, but it doesn’t look like he’s going to make it back to the majors at age 34. He previously played for the Royals last year, hitting .133/.188/.210 in 113 plate appearances.

Mets signed OF Jackie Bradley Jr. to a minor-league contract.
Bradley Jr. was last with the Long Island Ducks of the Independent League, and he registered a 1.204 OPS in his time with the club. The 34-year-old played 43 games last year with the Royals. He’s still a strong defensive player, but he’s unlikely to hit enough to provide fantasy value even if he earned the playing time.

Jackie Bradley Jr. has signed with the Long Island Ducks of the independent Atlantic League.
Bradley got into 43 games last year for the Royals, and hasn’t given up hope of returning to the majors, but he’s going to start the journey in outside of affiliated ball. The 33-year-old veteran outfielder remains an excellent defender, but simply doesn’t offer enough offensive potential to warrant consideration for a roster spot moving forward.

Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports that free agent outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. is still open to continuing his playing career.
The 33-year-old defensive specialist worked out throughout the winter with an eye toward returning to Major League Baseball in 2024. He hasn’t played since he was cut by the Royals last June though offers very little in the way of offensive production. Regardless of whether or not he winds up with a minor league deal someplace, Bradley Jr. can safely be ignored for fantasy purposes.

Jackie Bradley Jr. said he remains undecided about retirement.
There was a report last week that Bradley had called it quits, but that was jumping the gun. Bradley, 33, will certainly only get minor league offers this winter after struggling mightily offensively the last three years. He came in at .133/.188/.210 in 43 games for the Royals last season, and he sat out the rest of the year after being released in June.

Royals released OF Jackie Bradley Jr.
The 33-year-old outfielder had been designated for assignment and passed through waivers unclaimed. He hit a grotesque .133/.188/.210 with one homer, six RBI and a 29/5 K/BB ratio in 113 plate appearances with the Royals this season. He could latch on someplace else as a late-inning defensive replacement and pinch-runner type.

Royals designated OF Jackie Bradley Jr. for assignment.
Bradley Jr.'s time in Kansas City is over after posting a miserable .375 OPS across 43 games this season. The 33-year-old outfielder is merely a defensive specialist at this stage of his career.

Jackie Bradley Jr. went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI against the White Sox on Monday.
Bradley is striking out a little less than usual this year, but the old power probably isn’t coming back. Still, this will help his cause for keeping a roster spot after Drew Waters rejoins the Royals in a week or two. He’s batting .203/.277/.288 in 65 plate appearance.

Royals selected the contract of OF Jackie Bradley Jr. from Triple-A Omaha.
Bradley Jr. inked a minor league contract earlier this month with the Royals and put together a strong effort in the Cactus League to earn a spot on their season-opening roster. He’ll serve as a defensive specialist for Kansas City in a reserve role.

Jackie Bradley Jr. went 2-for-3 with a solo homer on Thursday in the Royals’ loss to a Padres split-squad.
Bradley Jr. blasted a fifth-inning solo shot to center field off southpaw Ryan Weathers. It was his first long ball of the spring. The 32-year-old veteran outfielder remains an excellent defender and has produced at the dish this spring, batting .391 (9-for-23) across eight Cactus League contests. He’s likely to land a spot on Kansas City’s season-opening roster.
