Victor Robles went 3-for-3 with a double and a run scored in Seattle’s 4-1 win over the Athletics on Tuesday.
Robles got the start in right field on Tuesday against the left-handed Gage Jump in Sacramento. He got on base in all three at-bats, starting with a single in the second. He then doubled to lead off the fourth and scored on a base hit. Robles collected his third hit with a single in the sixth before he was replaced by Luke Raley in the eighth. The 29-year-old outfielder is in a strict short-side platoon, seeing limited time against left-handed pitching. Robles still carries some stolen base upside if he finds himself with more playing time at some point.

Victor Robles went 0-for-2 on Friday against the Royals in his return to the lineup.
Robles made it back into Seattle’s lineup after missing six weeks with a right pectoral strain. The 29-year-old former top prospect will likely have to split time with Dominic Canzone and Luke Raley moving forward.

Mariners activated OF Victor Robles from the 10-day injured list.
Connor Joe was optioned to Triple-A Tacoma as a corresponding move. Robles has been sidelined since early April with a strained pec. He began the year in a weak-side platoon role with Luke Raley in right field. Joe had been filling that role lately, so expect Robles to slide right back into it. Seattle visits the Royals for a three-game set beginning Friday, with left-hander Noah Cameron set to toe the rubber for KC.

Mariners placed OF Victor Robles on the 10-day injured list with a right pec strain.
Robles has been limited to just 13 plate appearances this season as a short-side platoon outfielder. He doesn’t have much fantasy value in that role, even if he were healthy.

Luke Raley is not in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Yankees.
No surprise here with Yankees ace Max Fried taking the ball on Tuesday night at T-Mobile Park. Dominic Canzone is also taking a seat in this one. Raley will continue sitting against most left-handed starters, but he’ll do enough damage against righties to have some appeal in deeper mixed leagues. It’ll be Victor Robles in right field with lefty-masher Rob Refsnyder at DH.

Luke Raley is not in the lineup for Saturday’s tilt against the Guardians.
Raley has homered in back-to-back games, but he’ll begin Saturday’s — and any game that is started by a left-hander — game out, with Victor Robles getting the start in right.

Victor Robles went 0-for-3 on Wednesday against the Rockies.
It’s not quite time to panic but Robles has gotten off to an ice-cold start at the plate this spring, hitting .083 (2-for-24) through eight games. The 28-year-old missed most of last season after suffering a dislocated left shoulder in early April. He’s the type of streaky hitter that tends to pile up hits and stolen bases in bunches but right now he’s in the middle of a cold spell.

Victor Robles (shoulder) returned to the Mariners’ Cactus League lineup on Sunday.
The 28-year-old outfielder has been sidelined for nearly a week due to soreness in his shoulder. He’ll serve as the designated hitter and bat leadoff against the Brewers on Sunday afternoon. As of now, there’s no reason to doubt that he’ll be ready for the start of the regular season.

Josh Naylor is at first base and batting third for Monday’s winner-take-all ALCS Game 7 against the Blue Jays.
Naylor, who is batting .341 (15-for-44) with three homers this postseason, has been moved up in Seattle’s lineup with Jorge Polanco dropped to the cleanup spot as they attempt to make the World Series for the first time in the franchise’s 49-year history. The only other significant change involves Victor Robles in right field in place of Dominic Canzone. Here’s the full lineup: Julio Rodríguez (CF), Cal Raleigh (C), Naylor (1B), Polanco (DH), Randy Arozarena (LF), Eugenio Suárez (3B), J.P. Crawford (SS), Leo Rivas (2B) and Robles (RF).
  • SEA Shortstop #76
Leo Rivas is at second base and batting ninth for Thursday’s ALCS Game 4 matchup against the Blue Jays.
Rivas will get his first postseason start with a struggling Victor Robles heading to the bench as Seattle tries to mix some things up following a Game 3 rout at the hands of the Blue Jays. Here’s the full lineup: Randy Arozarena (LF), Cal Raleigh (C), Julio Rodríguez (CF), Jorge Polanco (DH), Josh Naylor (1B), Eugenio Suárez (3B), Dominic Canzone (RF), J.P. Crawford (SS) and Rivas (2B).
