Justin Allgaier scored his third win of the Xfinity Series season Saturday, outrunning Trevor Bayne by four seconds to win at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
Several drivers ran near the front during the caution-filled race, but Allgaier sped away from the other contenders and won by almost four seconds.
Following Allgaier and Bayne in the top five were Brandon Brown, Jeremy Clements and Sheldon Creed.
Landon Cassill crossed the finish line third and Noah Gragson was fourth, but both cars were disqualified for failing inspection after the race.
Ty Gibbs led 49 laps but dropped back with mechanical issues and finished 23rd.
New Hampshire Xfinity results
Despite a bad day, AJ Allmendinger, who finished 22nd, retained the series point lead. He is 16 points in front of second-place Justin Allgaier, who has 686 points.
Trailing in the top five in points are Ty Gibbs (674), Josh Berry (615) and Noah Gragson (603)
The series moves on to Pocono Raceway July 23 (5 p.m., USA Network).
