T.J. McConnell (right hip soreness) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Knicks.

McConnell was held out for Friday’s loss to the Pistons, with his absence freeing up rotation minutes for George Hill and Gabe York. Of the two, York would be in line to play more if McConnell is held out for the final game of the season.

  • Point Guard #8

Gabe York has signed a two-way contract with the Pacers.

York thrived in the G League this season, averaging 21.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.3 dimes, 2.4 steals and 3.6 triples, though he did shoot the ball poorly. With the Pacers tanking and evaluating their young players, maybe York gets a look in the final few days.

  • Point Guard #8

The Orlando Magic are signing Gabe York to a 10-day hardship deal, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

York has been playing in the g-league with the Ft Wayne Mad Ants, and he will now get his shot in the NBA. The Magic are thin at guard at the moment, so he could get some run, but he is not expected to make an impact on fantasy basketball.
