Mitchell Robinson recorded 12 points (6-of-8 FGs), 15 rebounds and two blocks in Monday’s loss to the Mavericks.
Robinson may have been the only Knicks player to bring consistent energy during the first half of Monday’s game. He finished with 15 rebounds and a double-double, his second double-double of the season. The combination of inconsistent availability and limited scoring makes Robinson challenging to rely on in most fantasy leagues. However, nights like Monday are a reminder of what he’s capable of despite the minutes restriction.

Josh Hart (ankle) is out for Saturday’s game against the Suns.
The Knicks will be down two starters for Saturday’s game, as Hart joins Jalen Brunson (ankle) on the sidelines. Mitchell Robinson could move into the starting lineup as part of a two-big lineup, but his minutes will remain limited. Also, more minutes will be available for Jordan Clarkson and Landry Shamet.

Josh Hart (ankle) is questionable to play against the Suns on Saturday.
Hart wasn’t on the initial injury report, but he is now dealing with soreness in the same ankle that caused him to miss eight games in late December and early January. Mitchell Robinson could start in his place in a two-big lineup, though there should be extra minutes available for Jordan Clarkson and Landry Shamet regardless.

Mitchell Robinson (rest) is not on the injury report for Saturday’s game against the Suns.
Thursday’s loss to the Warriors was the Knicks’ second game in as many nights, so Robinson did not play. His return to the rotation will give the team better cover in the chance that Karl-Anthony Towns gets into early foul trouble. Also, the Knicks had some success with the two-big lineup in their January 9 loss to the Suns in Phoenix.

Mitchell Robinson (ankle) is out for Thursday’s game against the Warriors.
Thursday’s game is the second in as many nights for the Knicks, so Robinson won’t be available. Ariel Hukporti should enter the rotation off the bench, but the second-year center is not worth streaming.
  • NYK Guard #2
Jalen Brunson, Miles McBride, Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby and Karl-Anthony Towns will start Wednesday’s game against the Clippers.
After starting Mitchell Robinson in Monday’s loss to the Pistons, the Knicks are shifting to a quicker option for Wednesday. McBride will start, shifting Bridges, Anunoby and Towns down a position. McBride has been productive recently and should be rostered in deep leagues, especially while Josh Hart is out.

Mitchell Robinson (ankle) finished Saturday’s loss to the 76ers with two points (1-of-2 FGs, 0-of-1 FTs), five rebounds, two assists and two steals.
After a three-game absence for injury management reasons, Robinson was inserted into the starting lineup on Saturday. Unfortunately, his impact as a rebounder was muted, so the 7-footer wasn’t much help to the few who have him rostered. Robinson’s playing time will be limited for the foreseeable future, so there really isn’t a need to roster him in most leagues.

Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby, Karl-Anthony Towns and Mitchell Robinson will start Saturday’s game against the 76ers.
Towns and Robinson are back after missing time due to an illness and an ankle injury, respectively. Both will start, pushing Miles McBride and Ariel Hukporti to the bench after they started Friday’s loss to the Hawks.

Mitchell Robinson (ankle) is not on the injury report against the 76ers on Saturday.
Robinson will be back after missing New York’s last three games, including Friday’s matchup with Atlanta. Karl-Anthony Towns (illness) is questionable after missing that game, but Robinson’s return will at least push Ariel Hukporti to the bench. Robinson’s place in the rotation will depend on KAT’s availability.
  • NYK Center #55
Ariel Hukporti finished Friday’s loss to the Hawks with eight points (2-of-5 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), 16 rebounds, four assists, one steal and four blocked shots.
With Karl-Anthony Towns (illness) and Mitchell Robinson (ankle) out, Hukporti made his fourth start of the season on Friday. He didn’t provide much value as a scorer, but the rebounding and shot-blocking were superb. It was the kind of performance that may make some question whether Hukporti can consistently fill a role similar to Robinson’s. Still, it doesn’t change anything regarding his short-term fantasy value.
