Nicolas Batum (rest) is not on the injury report for Monday’s game against the Spurs.
Batum is good to go after sitting out Saturday’s loss to the Kings, the Clippers’ second game in as many nights. While there may be a few more minutes available due to Kawhi Leonard’s ankle injury, there’s nothing to gain from rostering Batum at this stage in his career.

Nicolas Batum (rest) is out for Saturday’s game against the Kings.
Saturday’s game is the second in as many nights for the Clippers, who took care of the Bulls on Friday. Batum will get the night off, but his absence coincides with John Collins’ return from a neck injury. Batum is not guaranteed to get rotation minutes once he’s available.
  • LAC Forward-Center #20
John Collins (neck) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.
Collins remains out with a strained neck and has now missed four of the Clippers’ last five games. Kobe Sanders was the replacement in the starting lineup the last time out, with Nicolas Batum being another possibility.
  • LAC Forward-Center #20
John Collins (neck) is out for Monday’s game against the Warriors.
While Collins left Sunday’s win over the Pelicans holding his arm after a collision with Derik Queen, the reason for his absence is listed as a sore neck. Nicolas Batum replaced Collins in the lineup when he missed two games with head and neck injuries, and that will likely be the case on Monday. However, there isn’t much to gain from streaming Batum.
  • LAC Forward-Center #20
John Collins (head, neck) is available for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
Collins is back after a two-game absence, giving the Clippers needed depth and production in the frontcourt. His return means that Nicolas Batum will come off the bench. Batum was not worth streaming when inserted into the starting lineup, so nothing changes regarding his fantasy value.
  • LAC Forward-Center #20
John Collins (head, neck) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
Collins, who has missed the Clippers’ last two games with head and neck injuries, fully participated in Saturday’s practice. If he’s able to return on Sunday, Collins will likely bump Nicolas Batum to the bench.
  • LAC Guard-Forward #9
Kris Dunn, Bennedict Mathurin, Derrick Jones Jr., Nicolas Batum and Brook Lopez will start Thursday’s game against the Timberwolves.
The Clippers won’t have Kawhi Leonard or John Collins for Thursday’s game. Mathurin and Batum move into the starting lineup, with the former’s addition being far more impactful. Already rostered in most fantasy leagues, Mathurin should be the Clippers’ first scoring option with Leonard sidelined. Batum can provide three-pointers and steals, but the production has been limited this season.
  • LAC Forward #2
Kawhi Leonard (ankle) is out for Thursday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Initially questionable for Thursday’s game with a sore left ankle, Leonard will not be available. His absence leaves a massive hole in the Clippers’ starting lineup. While Nicolas Batum is a potential replacement in the starting lineup, his fantasy value is minimal at best. Bennedict Mathurin stands to be the primary scoring option, but he’s already rostered in most leagues.
  • LAC Guard-Forward #33
Nicolas Batum (rest) is off the injury report for Thursday’s game against the Nuggets.
Batum is back after sitting out the Clippers’ February 11 win over the Rockets. His return does not affect fantasy basketball, so the veteran forward can be left on the waiver wire.

Nicolas Batum (rest) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Rockets.
Batum is sitting out Wednesday’s game against the Rockets, which is the second game of a back-to-back for the Clippers. The 37-year-old small forward didn’t play against the Rockets on Tuesday due to a coach’s decision, so his absence has no impact on the Clippers rotation anyway.
