How to watch every stage of the 2026 Tour de France

All 21 stages of the 2026 Tour de France air live on Peacock.

The 113th Tour runs from July 4-26, starting in Barcelona and ending on Paris’ Champs-Elysees.

Peacock coverage starts at 6 or 6:30 a.m. ET on most days with pre-race shows. See below for the full broadcast schedule. NBC joins for live coverage of stages 8, 14, 15, 20 and 21.

Returning to the Tour are four-time winner and reigning champion Tadej Pogacar of Slovenia and two-time victor Jonas Vingegaard of Denmark. The pair have won the last six editions of the Tour de France.

Pogacar, who rides for UAE Team Emirates XRG, became the youngest man to win four Tours at 26. This year, he could match the five-win record shared by legends such as Eddy Merckx and Bernard Hinault.

Jonathan Milan of Lidl-Trek will be looking to defend his sprinter’s green jersey and add to his two sprint-stage victories.

Possible challengers for the green jersey are Biniam Girmay, who became the first Black African rider to win it in 2024, and another former sprinter classification champ, Jasper Philipsen, who won it in 2023.

The Tour will kick-off the first stage in a team time trial in Barcelona, its third Grand Depart in Spain.

After the first two stages, the Tour will move into France featuring iconic climbs on the Col du Tourmalet on Stage 6 and on the summit finish of Alpe D’Huez on Stage 19 and 20.

The Tour concludes on July 26 in Paris for the 51st time with a sprint stage up the Champs-Elysees.
