You’re still our boy, Blue! Cooper went undrafted as an All-Southern Conference receiver out of Tennessee-Chattanooga, Terrell Owens’ alma mater. The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder caught 84 passes for 824 yards and 7 TDs for the Mocs last season.
