Rams RB Kyren Williams (ankle) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 14 against the Cardinals.
Williams was limited for the week’s first two practices, but upgraded to full on Friday. He will likely continue to split time with No. 2 RB Blake Corum, but Williams remains a borderline RB1/2 in what should be a fantasy-friendly game environment.

Rams RB Kyren Williams (ankle) was limited on Thursday.
Williams told reporters, post-game, that “his ankle is good because he had scar tissue from a previous injury that helped him when he was rolled up on.” Talk about looking on the bright side. Regardless, Williams is on track to face the Cardinals this weekend with No. 2 RB Blake Corum frequently rotating in. Williams is a borderline RB1/2.

Kyren Williams (ankle) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Williams suffered an ankle injury and played through it in Week 13. It looks to be a minor issue, though the Rams are being cautious and keeping him limited to open the week. Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur said on Wednesday the team want to keep Williams fresh for the playoffs, so fantasy managers should not be surprised to see more limited practice listings moving forward. Williams is in the RB2 range for Week 14 against the Cardinals, but his potential workload limitations may lead to Blake Corum being a standalone FLEX play as well.

Rams OC Mike LaFleur said the team wants Kyren Williams fresh for the playoffs.
In other words, the LA backfield split between Williams and Blake Corum will continue in the final weeks of the regular season. “LaFleur told me he thinks they’ve been seeing the best version of Williams because he’s fresher and not being asked to carry as much of the load, and the Rams have their sights set on January and February games and want everyone as fresh as possible,” ESPN’s Dan Graziano said. Over the Rams’ past five games, Williams leads the backfield with 76 rushing attempts to 48 rushes for Corum. Williams has an outsized lead in running back routes, but only six targets over the past five games. Williams, dealing with an ankle injury, will be a touchdown-dependent RB2 in Week 14 against the Cardinals if he suits up. Corum should be stashed in all leagues.

Rams coach Sean McVay said Kyren Williams (ankle) was “pretty good” today.
Williams briefly left Week 13’s game with an ankle injury, but returned and later rushed for a touchdown. It wouldn’t be surprising if he popped up on the injury report this week, but given that he already played on it yesterday, we’re expecting him to be ready to go for Week 14.

Kyren Williams rushed 13 times for 72 yards and a touchdown in Week 13’s loss to the Panthers.
Williams might be looking at a two-touchdown day were it not for an ankle injury that knocked him from the game in the second quarter with the ball on the Panthers’ two-yard line. Despite the inconvenient injury, which resulted in a two-yard score by Blake Corum, Williams did return in the second half and found paydirt on a seven-yard run in the fourth quarter to briefly give the Rams the lead. Williams has now found the end zone in four of his last five games and remains a reliable low-end RB1 ahead of Week 14’s game against the Cardinals.

Kyren Williams (ankle) returned to the field in Week 13 against the Panthers.
Williams took the first snap and carry of the Rams’ opening possession of the third quarter. Whatever he is dealing with appears minor at this point. He should continue to split touches with Blake Corum as long as he remains healthy enough to go.

Kyren Williams (ankle) is questionable to return in Week 13 against the Panthers.
Rams beat writer Adam Grosbard reported coming out of the half that Williams was on the field and “looked good just now on a couple of cuts.” That said, the team has officially listed him as questionable, so we’ll check back in with an official update if he returns to the field.

Kyren Williams (leg) exited in the second quarter of Week 13’s game against the Panthers.
Williams took an awkward hit just before two minute warning and pulled himself from the game after the break according to Rams beat writer Adam Grosbard and was seen heading for the locker room. Blake Corum would come on to score a two-yard touchdown on the next play to give the Rams a 21-17 lead. Williams and Corum were already rotating before the injury, but Corum would be in line for a busy second half if Williams doesn’t return.

Kyren Williams rushed 12 times for 46 yards in the Rams’ Week 12 win over the Buccaneers, adding two yards on one reception.
The Rams jumped out to an early 21-0 lead and still attempted 35 passes against just 19 team carries, which paints a clear picture of the plan of attack against Vita Vea and the vaunted Tampa run defense. He’ll look to return to RB1 status when the Rams travel to face the Panthers in Week 13.
