Ollie Gordon rushed nine times for nine yards in the Dolphins’ Week 18 loss to the Patriots, adding a two-yard reception.
Gordon, again, played second fiddle to Jaylen Wright with De’Von Achane resting his shoulder for this “meaningless” Week 18 tilt. The No. 179 overall pick of the draft, Gordon began the season as the Dolphins’ No. 2 back with Wright nursing a leg injury, but Wright eventually re-took the role and never looked back. Gordon was highly inefficient behind the Dolphins’ much more efficient top-two backs. It doesn’t augur well heading into 2026, though Gordon is still only 22 (next week). He can remain rostered at the end of dynasty league benches.

Dolphins RB De’Von Achane (ribs) is not on Miami’s final Week 16 injury report.
Neither is Ollie Gordon (ankle) — Achane figures to be a top-end RB1 in what looks a smash spot against an abysmal Bengals defense ... assuming the Bengals can’t just turn first-time starter Quinn Ewers into a total pumpkin. Still, even if with that threat, it’s not like Tua Tagovailoa was playing well this year. Achane can be started with confidence against the Bengals.

Ollie Gordon rushed five times for 17 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins’ Week 14 win over the Jets.
Gordon did not get into the game until after De’Von Achane left with a rib injury. He fumbled his first touch but was able to recover the ball for the Dolphins. Jaylen Wright took on the workhorse role after Achane left, though all three backs scored on the day. Gordon’s touchdown was a seven-yarder in the fourth quarter to put the game away for good. He still has a role as the Dolphins’ short-yardage back, but Wright seems to be the primary beneficiary of Achane missing time. Gordon has FLEX upside if Achane is out in Week 15 against the Steelers.
  • MIA Running Back #31
Ollie Gordon rushed three times for 10 yards in the Dolphins’ Week 13 win over the Saints.
Gordon split the RB2 duties with Jaylen Wright in this contest. Both backs saw exactly three attempts. Gordon danced around in the backfield on his final carry, going down for a loss of one yard and a turnover on downs. Even if the play was doomed to fail, Gordon—the supposed hammer of the Miami backfield—needed to plunge straight into the trenches. Without a strong grip on the No. 2 role, Gordon isn’t on the fantasy radar for Week 14.
  • MIA Running Back #31
Ollie Gordon rushed nine times for 45 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins’ Week 11 win over the Commanders.
Gordon played through an ankle injury last week but operated as the Dolphins’ RB3 behind Jaylen Wright. Likely in a better spot this week health-wise, Gordon reclaimed the RB2 role and punched in a one-yard score in the fourth quarter. The Dolphins could keep their run game going after their Week 12 bye versus the Saints. Gordon will get a week of rest before returning as a touchdown-based FLEX play.
  • MIA Running Back #31
Dolphins RB Ollie Gordon (ankle) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 11 against the Commanders.
Gordon practiced fully on Friday, which is good news. The rookie running back played behind RB Jaylen Wright in the Dolphins’ rotation last week, though Gordon was initially listed as questionable to play. This week should clarify which running back currently occupies the No. 2 spot. Neither one is terribly value as a bench stash, though.

Ollie Gordon (ankle) was limited in Thursday’s practice.
Gordon was also limited on Wednesday. He should be able to suit up this week, but Jaylen Wright ran as Miami’s RB2 in Week 10. Gordon’s ankle injury may have played a role in that, but the bad news is the ankle is still an issue. Neither Miami backup holds much fantasy value right now.

Ollie Gordon (ankle) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Gordon was active last week but only saw one carry. Jaylen Wright operated as the backup to De’Von Achane, seeing five rush attempts. With the backup role now undecided, neither Gordon nor Wright should be cracking any fantasy lineups this week.
  • MIA Running Back #5
Jaylen Wright rushed five times for 17 yards in the Dolphins’ Week 10 win over the Bills.
Ollie Gordon was active despite being listed as questionable due to an ankle injury. It seems like he was only available as the third-stringer, with Wright out-carrying him 5-1. Neither back has done much behind De’Von Achane this year. Fantasy managers can ignore the RB2 role on this team heading into Week 11.
  • MIA Running Back #31
Ollie Gordon (ankle) is active for Week 10 against the Bills.
Gordon suffered an ankle injury in week 9 but always looked likely to suit up for today’s game. As massive underdogs to Buffalo this week, the Dolphins aren’t likely to establish much of a ground game. Gordon is nothing more than an RB5. Inactive for the Dolphins are QB Quinn Ewers, S Ashtyn Davis, CB Rasul Douglas, OLB Chop Robinson, LB Andre Carter II, WR Dee Eskridge, and TE Julian Hill.
