Eagles hired Parks Frazier as passing game coordinator.
Frazier entered the NFL as an assistant to the head with the Colts in 2018. He advanced up the ranks during his time there before parlaying his interim offensive coordinator role in 2022 to a passing game coordinator role with the Panthers in 2023. He spent 2024 serving as an offensive assistant with the Dolphins.

Panthers hired Parks Frazier as passing game coordinator.
Frazier re-joins Panthers head coach Frank Reich after the two worked together in Indianapolis from 2018-2022. He opened 2022 as the assistant quarterbacks coach under Reich but was promoted to interim offensive coordinator during the brief Jeff Saturday era. With Parks as serving as the primary play caller, the Colts ranked 27th in early down pass rate (43.5%) but were 10th in EPA per drop back (0.145). Still, dismal quarterback play resulted in the team averaging just 172 passing yards per game. With Reich clearly high on Frazier’s coaching prowess, this reunion doesn’t come as much of a surprise.

Colts assistant QBs coach Parks Frazier will call offensive plays under interim coach Jeff Saturday.
Frazier, 30, is a complete unknown. He broke into the NFL in 2018 with the Colts after being a graduate assistant at Arkansas State. He’s been Indy’s assistant QBs coach for the last two seasons after serving as a quality control coach before that. It’s at least a chance for Frazier to get his name out there, but we literally don’t know anything about his style of coaching.
