Sean Tucker rushed nine times for 53 yards in the Bucs’ Week 10 loss to the Patriots.
Tucker “added” a -2 yard reception. Tucker out-gained Rachaad White on the ground for the second consecutive week, though White narrowly got him in the yards from scrimmage department. White also handled 71 percent of the Bucs’ snaps to just 33 for Tucker. 24-year-old Tucker has taken on a greater “real life” role as the Bucs wait out Bucky Irving’s endless absence, but he is not coming particularly close to translating it to priority FLEX value. Even if Irving remains sidelined for next week’s potential Bills shootout, we will likely rank Tucker outside the top 36 backs.

Buccaneers RB Sean Tucker (groin) is not on Tampa’s final Week 10 injury report.
Bit of a weird one here, with Tucker downgrading to a limited practice on Friday with a groin injury, but not being given a status on the final Week 10 injury report. It’s possible that Rachaad White gets more snaps against the Patriots on Sunday than he had been getting before the bye, but this is probably just the Buccaneers being overly thorough in the wake of the Lamar Jackson listing.

Sean Tucker rushed 12 times for 42 yards and one touchdown in the Buccaneers’ Week 8 win over the Saints.
Tucker’s hard-fought touchdown occurred on a run up the middle on the Buccaneers’ fifth drive. While fantasy managers will gladly accept the score, the fact that he even got the ball to begin with is notable. Buccaneers running backs took center stage on the team’s second drive, with both Tucker and Rachaad White helping the offense bring the ball downfield. Late in the drive, Tucker scooted from the Saints’ 16-yard line on down to the one, where he (twice) and White (three times) were stuffed for no gain on five consecutive plays, despite being given an extra chance via a neutral zone infraction from the Saints’ defense. If Bucky Irving (foot/shoulder) returns post-bye, in Week 10, Tucker will not be fantasy-relevant.

Sean Tucker rushed six times for 25 yards and a touchdown in Tampa Bay’s Week 6 win over the 49ers.
He only had 12 offensive snaps, but made the most of them. Tucker looks like just a hedge hold at this point with Rachaad White dominating snaps in the backfield in Bucky Irving’s absence, but perhaps the touchdown run will let him make a slight dent in White’s workload next week.

Sean Tucker rushed three times for three yards in a Week 5 win over the Seahawks, adding negative four yards on three catches.
There was some chatter before the game that Sean Tucker could be part of a true committee with Rachaad White, but that proved to be the farthest thing from the truth. Tucker was used sporadically to give Rachaad White a breather and was somehow even less efficient on his touches than White was. Tucker does not need to be held in fantasy leagues.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Bucky Irving (shoulder/foot) is expected to miss “at least two weeks.”
Per Schefter, Irving is dealing with a shoulder subluxation that is “more of an issue than his sprained foot.” Schefter notes that Irving did not report the injury to the Bucs until Tuesday, which could be part of the reason his outlook has seemingly grown more bleak by the day. Irving has already been ruled out for Week 5 and Schefter all but ruled him out for Week 6. We will get at least two starts from Rachaad White, making him a priority add in all fantasy formats. White is expected to get the bulk of the carries versus Seattle this week, putting him in the RB2 mix for his first start of the year. Sean Tucker will also get more run with Irving out of the lineup.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports Rachaad White is expected to get the “vast majority of carries” in Week 5 against the Seahawks.
Bucky Irving is out with a foot injury, leaving the starting gig up for grabs. Third-string running back Sean Tucker has touched the ball once this year, while White has consistently spelled Irving when needed. Per Pelissero, the team also has a plan for Tucker, though it sounds like a minor role at most. White is locked in as an RB2 for his first start of the year.

Buccaneers ruled out Bucky Irving (foot) for Week 5 against the Seahawks.
It was reported earlier in the day that Irving was expected to miss Week 5’s contest, but the team has made it official. Irving could be looking at a multi-week absence thanks to the foot sprain that landed him in a walking boot and crutches after last week’s loss to the Eagles, although, if he avoids injured reserve, it’s possible he’ll miss less than four games. We’ll see if anything changes ahead of Week 6’s game against the 49ers, but the Buccaneers will roll with Rachaad White and Sean Tucker as their top two options this weekend, with White looking like the safer bet as far as fantasy is concerned.

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving (foot) is expected to miss Week 5 against the Seahawks.
Things have been trending in this direction ever since Irving first went down. He was spotted in a walking boot and using crutches on Wednesday and was a DNP on both Wednesday and Thursday. The reports are that Irving’s injury isn’t believed to be long-term, but the Buccaneers’ RB1 will miss at least one game. With Irving sidelined, the Buccaneers will likely utilize a backfield split with Rachaad White and Sean Tucker, with White as the preferred option on passing downs. He should have some nice value in PPR leagues after thriving as one of the top PPR scams in fantasy since entering the league in 2022.

Bucky Irving (foot/shoulder) did not practice Thursday.
The news comes from FOX Sports’ Greg Auman. Irving could return to practice after the portion open to the media concludes, but we doubt that will happen. It will be his second DNP of the week, all but guaranteeing he misses Week 5. Irving is dealing with a foot sprain that is not believed to be a long-term issue plus a minor shoulder injury. He was spotted on crutches while wearing a walking boot after Week 4. Rachaad White should draw the start on Sunday, making him one of the top waiver wire adds of the week. Sean Tucker will also be in the mix for touches versus the Seahawks.
