Chiefs promoted OT Tavares Washington from their practice squad.
Washington has bounced between practice squads since going undrafted in 2006. He played college ball at Florida, but might’ve had a tough time starting on the 2008 Gators. Despite having a loss, UF is favored over Nick Saban’s No. 1-ranked Alabama team by 9.5 at a neutral site in Saturday’s SEC title tilt.
