49ers LT Trent Williams (hamstring) is active for the Wild Card Round against the Eagles.
Getting Williams back for this game is a huge win for Brock Purdy and the San Francisco offense. He was listed as questionable on Friday after a light week of practice. Ricky Pearsall, on the other hand, is out for the Wild Card Round.

49ers LT Trent Williams (hamstring) is questionable for San Francisco’s Wild Card matchup against the Eagles.
He got in a limited session on Thursday and was seen practicing again today. We’d be surprised if Williams didn’t go on Sunday. He said he feels “confident” he that will play, though it likely wouldn’t be at 100 percent. Austen Pleasants is the reserve tackle that’d be called on if Williams faced an in-game reaggravation of his injury.

49ers LT Trent Williams (hamstring) was seen practicing on Thursday.
Outstanding. Williams may only participate in a limited capacity today, but his return is promising. Williams is no stranger to playing through injury, though this is his first career hamstring strain. His 49ers squad faces the Eagles on Sunday afternoon. Hopefully, he upgrades to full participation tomorrow and remains setback-free.

49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said LT Trent Williams (hamstring) will not practice on Wednesday.
Williams still has a chance to play this week, but we were hoping to see him resume practicing today. Williams is dealing with his first recorded hamstring injury, suffered as he clocked 17.6 miles per hour on his team’s first play from scrimmage in Week 17. The 49ers face the Eagles this weekend. Getting Williams back would be a great development for QB Brock Purdy.

49ers elevated OT Brandon Parker and LB Eric Kendricks from the practice squad.
Parker’s elevation seems to suggest that Trent Williams will not be able to play Saturday against the Seahawks in Week 18. Kendricks will provide special teams depth.

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports 49ers LT Trent Williams’ (hamstring) status is “up in the air” for Week 18’s game against the Seahawks.
Williams hasn’t practiced this week, but head coach Kyle Shanahan left the door open for him to play. Fowler reports Williams should be good for the playoffs, but his status is up in the air for Saturday night’s battle for the No. 1 seed in the NFC Playoffs. The 49ers will see how Williams feels pregame, but they also don’t want him to make the injury he originally suffered just last week worse, according to Fowler.

49ers LT Trent Williams (hamstring) is questionable to play in Week 18 against the Seahawks.
The 37-year-old Williams suffered his first career hamstring injury, running 17.6 miles per hour on the 49ers’ first play from scrimmage last week. He was entirely unable to practice, but we expect him to give it a go in pre-game warmups.

49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said LT Trent Williams (hamstring) has “a chance to play” in Week 18 against the Seahawks.
Williams will not participate in the 49ers’ walkthrough this evening and was forced from Week 17 after just one snap. Consider him firmly in the questionable camp for the team’s divisional showdown against the Seahawks in Week 18.

49ers T Trent Williams (hamstring) left San Francisco’s Week 17 game against the Bears and did not return.
He played just one snap. Austen Pleasants replaced him. Williams being ruled out and seen hobbling on the sideline with what The Athletic’s Matt Barrows called a hamstring strain does not bode well for his availability for Week 18.

49ers LT Trent Williams (knee) is questionable to play in Week 2 against the Saints.
Williams briefly exited the 49ers’ Week 1 game against the Seahawks and exhibited a slight limp as he left the field. The 37-year-old blindside protector plays through injury whenever he can, so he seemingly has decent odds of suiting up. The Saints’ pushover pass rush will be without top EDGE Chase Young (calf), though, so the 49ers may be able to sneak past this opponent without Williams.
