Broncos ruled out RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) for the AFC Championship Game against the Patriots.
Dobbins is not yet ready to resume playing. He remained limited throughout all three practices this week after the Broncos opened his 21-day practice window on Monday. With Dobbins out, rookie RB RJ Harvey will again lead the backfield. He totaled 11 touches last week. Broncos RB Jaleel McLaughlin handled four and RB Tyler Badie had one.

Jaleel McLaughlin rushed six times for 41 yards in the Broncos’ Week 18 win over the Chargers.
McLaughlin also chipped in a 17-yard reception by forcing a missed tackle after securing a checkdown pass from QB Bo Nix before scampering down the right sideline. The rotational back ran very efficiently and even brought the ball into scoring position on the opening drive with a 10-yard gain from the Chargers’ 16-yard line. Fellow Broncos RB Tyler Badie rushed twice for minus-two yards and caught 2-of-2 targets for 28 yards.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins will not play in Week 11 against the Chiefs and could be placed on injured reserve.
Rapoport ambiguously states that Dobbins “is believed to be out for the foreseeable future” as he works through his options regarding his injured foot. Dobbins was injured while being hip-drop tackled by a Raiders defender in Week 10. Broncos rookie RB RJ Harvey steps into lead back duties with Dobbins sidelined, while receiving specialist RB Tyler Badie chips in behind him. Fellow backup RB Jaleel McLaughlin will likely be active on game day.

Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) was not seen practicing on Thursday.
Dobbins is highly unlikely to play after injuring his foot during a hip-drop tackle in Week 10. Broncos head coach Sean Payton has employed a fantasy-unfriendly running back rotation with his backups at times, but rookie RB RJ Harvey is currently in a position to handle an RB2-worthy workload in Week 11 against the Chiefs. Fellow backup RB Tyler Badie can be added in deep PPR leagues.

Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) was not seen practicing on Wednesday.
This was expected. Just yesterday, the Denver Gazette’s Chris Tomasson reported that the Broncos are considering placing Dobbins on injured reserve. Until they make an official call, though, we are on practice watch. Broncos rookie RB RJ Harvey is an RB2 this week, while RB Tyler Badie warrants PPR FLEX consideration.

Denver Gazette’s Chris Tomasson reports the Broncos are considering placing J.K. Dobbins (foot) on injured reserve.
He apparently picked up the injury during Thursday night’s riveting win over the Raiders, though he played through it at the time while the Broncos closed out the game. If Dobbins is an IR candidate, he’s definitely a candidate to sit this week, which should be a big boost for RJ Harvey and probably make Tyler Badie a FLEX consideration as well.

Bronos declared RB Tyler Badie, QB Sam Ehlinger, LB Jonah Elliss, OL Frank Crum, DL Jordan Jackson, and DL Sai’Vion Jones inactive for Week 6 against the Jets.
Badie is being replaced by Jaleel McLaughlin in the lineup for the first time this year. Badie was dealing with a shoulder injury earlier this week but was cleared on Friday, meaning this is a healthy scratch. It could mean more work for rookie running back RJ Harvey. Given Sean Payton’s mercurial backfield usage this year, we aren’t holding our breath.

Broncos RB Tyler Badie (shoulder) has been removed from the injury report and will play in Week 6 against the Jets.
Badie hasn’t handled a carry since Week 2 but has seen very light work in the passing game, catching two passes on four targets over the last three weeks. The veteran running back may be active on game day but has no value in fantasy at this time.

Broncos RB Tyler Badie (shoulder) practiced in full on Thursday.
Badie was banged up in Week 5 against the Eagles but should be OK for Week 6 after being upgraded to a full practice on Thursday. Badie hasn’t seen a carry since Week 2 but has worked in as a pass catcher out of the Denver backfield alongside JK Dobbins and RJ Harvey. Badie has four targets over the past two games. He won’t be fantasy viable unless Dobbins or Harvey miss time this season.

J.K. Dobbins rushed 14 times for 76 yards and one touchdown in the Broncos’ Week 2 loss to the Colts, adding one reception for nine yards.
Dobbins got the requisite workload to return RB2 value despite Broncos head coach Sean Payton employing a three-play rotation at the position. Passing down specialist Tyler Badie was a factor in the high-value two-minute drill, which hurts the other two Broncos backs. Dobbins faces his former team, the Chargers, next week and can be started as a low-end RB2.
