Two-time Olympic champion snowboarder Shaun White joined a roster of celebrities as part of the 10th annual St. Jude Thanks and Giving campaign this holiday season.
The campaign’s goal is to raise awareness and funds to help the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s mission to find cures for children battling cancer and other deadly diseases through research and treatment.
National TV spots and movie theater trailers featuring White, Jennifer Aniston, Robin Williams, Michael Strahan and more will run through the end of 2013.
“One of the most incredible experiences I have is when I visit St. Jude and meet the children,” White said in a press release. “By supporting the St. Jude Thanks and Giving campaign we can help St. Jude continue the lifesaving work being done every day.”
Consumers can support St. Jude by donating online at stjude.org.
White will not only look to win another Olympic halfpipe title in Sochi, but he also hopes to compete in the new Olympic snowboarding event of slopestyle. White is entered in the Dew Tour iON Mountain Championships in Breckenridge, Colo., from Dec. 12-15.
