Olympic ice dancing medalists Tanith Belbin and Charlie White were married over the weekend.
Belbin captured 2006 Olympic ice dance silver with partner Ben Agosto. White, with partner Meryl Davis, earned silver in 2010 and gold in 2014.
They announced their engagement in June.
White was asked about the wedding plans last week by Olympic silver medalist fencer Tim Morehouse at the Sullivan Award ceremony in New York.
“We’re actually going to transport everyone to a local ice rink,” White joked. “We have a 45-minute dance that we’re going to cover ... no, no, we just want to have a good time at our wedding. That’s the biggest thing. It’s not a performance for us.”
Austrian skiers Marlies Schild and Benjamin Raich also reportedly had their wedding over the weekend.
Belbin, White, Schild and Raich have combined to earn 37 Olympic and World Championships medals during their careers.
