Dolphins did not tender restricted free agent LB Quinton Bell, making him a free agent.
Playing in a limited role last season, Bell totaled 27 tackles, three TFLs, and one sack while also forcing one fumble. A former seventh-round pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, Bell will be 29 at the start of next season and could catch on elsewhere as a special teams contributor.
  • Falcons released S Jovante Moffatt.
The team also released LB Quinton Bell and DL Amani Bledsoe. Moffatt appeared in three games for the Falcons in 2022. He saw all 55 of his snaps on special teams.

  • FA Running Back
    Bucs waived/injured RB Troymain Pope.
The Bucs also waived Quinton Bell, Nate Brooks, T.J. Simmons, and Lawrence White. This brings their roster down to 80 players. Pope was a long-shot to make Tampa Bay’s roster with Giovani Bernard and Ke’Shawn Vaughn standing in his way. He was unable to play in the team’s second preseason game because of an injury which likely spelled the end of his time in Tampa Bay.

  • MIA Linebacker #56
Raiders drafted Prairie View A&M DE Quinton Bell with the No. 230 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Bell (6’4/219) played receiver his first three years in college before switching to pass rusher as a senior. A great athlete who ran 4.52 at his Pro Day with massive 41-inch vertical and 11-foot-4 broad jumps, Bell is a developmental lottery ticket. In other words, he is a perfect seventh-round pick.
