Can this really be, that Pep Guardiola is ready to walk away from it all at the young age of 41? A few players aren’t even done by that age.

And yet, reports from Europe say so.

Barcelona’s highly successful manager, who came so close to successive Champions League trophies, is set to leave the Nou Camp when his contract expires in just a few days.

According to several reports from Spain, Guardiola held a three-hour meeting with Barcelona management on Thursday, telling the club president and others that it was time for him to move on.

Guardiola guided the reserve side before 2008, when he became first team manager. Since, he has collected two Champions League crowns, three La Liga titles, a Copa del Rey crowns and two championships in the FIFA Club World Cup.

Stay tuned on this one.
