As the Chelsea players celebrated furiously following a 0-0 draw with Arsenal at the Emirates, it’s not surprising that manager Jose Mourinho was positive as well.

With the Premier League championship all but confirmed, Mourinho was focused on his side’s defending in the face of Arsenal’s dangerous attack. “I think my team gave a lesson of how to defend well. If somebody wants to teach young kids how to be a central defender, show them a tape of John Terry today.”
Mourinho refused to talk about the contentious refereeing decisions, but did shoot a backhanded compliment towards the crew. “I don’t want to speak about it. I prefer to forget the penalties and to focus on the referee [Michael] Oliver and his assistant’s performance, which was very good...if you forget the penalties. It’s like a player who has an amazing game and makes a mistake.”
