Dolphins signed RB Jeff Wilson to their practice squad.
With Brian Robinson now in San Francisco, Wilson probably felt better about his chances of being elevated off Miami’s practice squad. The Dolphins also signed TE Greg Dulcich, CB BJ Adams, CB Cornell Armstrong, LB Quinton Bell, OL Braeden Daniels, WR AJ Henning, DT Alex Huntley, LB Derrick McLendon, K Riley Patterson, OL Josh Priebe, TE Hayden Rucci, S John Saunders Jr., TE Theo Wease Jr., S Jordan Colbert to their practice squad.

Michigan junior WR AJ Henning is expected to be a valuable piece for the Wolverines in 2022.
Henning (5'10/185) has shown how much he can do both out of the backfield and in the slot and is expected to be a big playmaker who can bring some added electricity to the Michigan offense. Anthony Renner of Pro Football Focus is among those who are looking forward to what he can accomplish in 2022, saying he’s “destined to be a valuable weapon in Michigan’s offense.” Henning finished out the 2021 season with 10 catches for 79 yards but could be poised for a huge surge where the stat line is concerned.

Rivals recruiting analyst Mike Farrell wrote that Michigan four-star 2020 RB commit A.J. Henning can potentially be used either out of the backfield or in the slot.
“Henning is a dynamic playmaker who can work out of the backfield or the slot and will make Michigan’s offense more exciting,” Farrell wrote. It was assumed by some at the time of his commitment to Michigan that the four-star athlete would be a wide receiver, but the backfield is where Farrell projects him to play. Regardless of the position ultimately picked, Henning stands to be an impact addition to the Michigan offense.

Michigan received a verbal commitment from four-star 2020 ATH A.J. Henning.
Henning (5'10/175) was considering Notre Dame heavily with Clemson, Georgia, and others in the mix too. Although he’s listed as an athlete, most assume he’ll play receiver in college. The undersized receiver could make a minor impact early in his career depending on which Michigan receivers stay on the roster in 2020. Henning has 4.46 wheels and a 37-inch vertical.

Uncommitted four-star 2020 ATH A.J. Henning calls Notre Dame “a special place.”
Henning (5'10"/175) is being recruited heavily by Notre Dame and Michigan, but Clemson, Georgia and others are also in the mix. The four-star athlete -- emphasis on “athlete” has shown high potential as a receiver, highlighted by an official 4.46 forty and 37-inch vertical. His recruitment is expected to continue until he visits Michigan on June 20th.

ESPN’s Tom VanHaaren and Tom Luginbill write that uncommitted four-star 2020 ATH A.J. Henning would be the “biggest” get for the Wolverines’ class.
“If Michigan wants to really change its offense and move toward a “speed in space” scheme, as new offensive coordinator Josh Gattis has proclaimed, they need to continue adding fast prospects -- and Henning is lightning quick,” writes Luginbill and VanHaaren. He’s considered one of the best athletes in the class, and his likely position as a slot wide receiver; though some have recruited him as a running back. He also is considering Notre Dame, Clemson, Georgia, and a host of others, so the Wolverines will need to beat out several high-profile institutions to land Henning’s services.

Uncommitted four-star 2020 ATH A.J. Henning will take an official visit to Michigan on June 20
No surprise on this one, as Henning has already taken multiple unofficial visits to Michigan. Thew 5-foot-10, 175-pounder is also looking to set up an official with Georgia, although the details on that one have yet to be hammered out. He’s thinking June for the Bulldogs as well. Notre Dame, Alabama, Florida and Penn State are also in play for visits from the Frankfort, Illinois, upcoming. Rivals ranks Henning as the No. 110 overall prospect in the 2020 class.

Uncommitted four-star 2020 ATH A.J. Henning has taken unofficial visits to Georgia, Clemson, Florida State, Florida, Alabama and Louisville over the past month.
Henning (5'10/175) might end up adjusting his earlier released list of favored programs, which had included LSU, Michigan, Ohio State and Notre Dame. We’ll have to wait and see just how much his recent visit slate might have changed (or not changed) the equation. Henning indicated that he likely wouldn’t make his commitment until the fall, after he has taken his fair share of official visits, so we remain a ways off from an outright decision. Rivals ranks the Frankfort, Illinois, native as the No. 110 overall prospect in the 2020 class.

Four-star 2020 WR A.J. Henning has been selected to play in the 2020 Polynesian Bowl.
Henning (5'10/175) is considered to be the top prospect in Illinois according to 247Sports.com, and he doesn’t lack for high-level offers either. In late January he revealed a list of ten schools that includes the likes of Notre Dame, Michigan, Ohio State and LSU. Over the last month he’s made unofficial visits to Florida, Florida State, Alabama, Louisville and Illinois.

Uncommitted four-star 2020 WR A.J. Henning unveiled his top 10 schools on Tuesday.
Henning also noted that he had a minor procedure -- while not saying what that procedure was -- and listed his top 10 in alphabetical order: Illinois, LSU, Northwestern, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue and Stanford. He’s rated the third-best wideout in the class by 247 Sports, and their experts predict that he’ll land at Notre Dame, with Ohio State a relatively close second.
