    Lions re-signed DT Andre Fluellen to a one-year contract.
    Fluellen drew interest from the Rams and Bengals in free agency, but will return as depth in Detroit after appearing in at least 13 games each of the past three seasons. He played just 161 snaps in 2011, however, and has notched only 45 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 51 career games.

    He’s visiting the Rams next. The former third-rounder has played 29 games as a reserve in Detroit the past two years. He could provide depth in Cincinnati after losing Frostee Rucker and Jonathan Fanene.

    Fluellen has served as depth in Motown for the past four seasons, appearing in 51 games since 2008. He drew interest from the Rams and Bengals in free agency. Stovall will try to latch on elsewhere as a special teamer.

    A 2008 third-round pick, Fluellen started just five of 51 games over four years in Detroit. Playing time will be hard to come by on the Dolphins’ talented front line.

    Fluellen was signed just last month. The sixth-year journeyman appeared in five games between the Lions and Dolphins last season. He’ll look to latch on elsewhere as a camp body.

    Fluellen failed to register a tackle in two games with the Dolphins early this season. He started five of 46 games in Detroit from 2008-2011. The veteran’s addition isn’t a good sign for DT Nick Fairley, who suffered a shoulder injury in Week 14.

    A career backup, Fluellen appeared in five games between the Lions and Dolphins last season. He spent a good chunk of the year on the street. The owner of just 2.5 career sacks in 56 games, Fluellen will find snaps hard to come by on the Bears’ increasingly crowded defensive line.

    Primarily an interior player, Fluellen will try to help paper over the loss of Jason Jones to a patellar tendon tear, although Willie Young, Israel Idonije, and rookie Devin Taylor will likely see the bulk of the extra snaps.

    The Bills keep adding to the strength of their team, defensive line. The 30-year-old Fluellen appeared in eight games for the Lions last year, recording two sacks and nine tackles. He’ll compete for a run-stuffing role under Rex Ryan.
