Raiders signed DB Brandon Underwood, formerly of the Packers.
Underwood was cut last September after battling a sprained knee and receiving a two game suspension for violating the league’s personal conduct policy. Underwood was primarily a special teamer in Green Bay, where new Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie worked in the front office.

Raiders placed S Brandon Underwood (hip/groin), TE Tory Humphrey (hamstring) and P Marquette King (toe) on injured reserve, ending their seasons.
Primarily a special teamer in Green Bay, Underwood made the trip West to Oakland along with GM Reggie McKenzie.

Raiders released S Brandon Underwood with an injury settlement.
Underwood was sent to injured reserve with a groin injury, but will be free to sign with any club once he gets healthy. Underwood has appeared in 23 career games, but was out of the league in 2011. He’ll look for work as a special teamer.

Free agent DB Brandon Underwood has been reinstated by the NFL.
Underwood was suspended two games for violating the league’s personal-conduct policy after a domestic violence incident with his wife. The Packers may be interested in bringing him back if they sustain more injuries in the secondary.

Cowboys signed S Brandon Underwood to a reserve/future contract.
The 2009 sixth-round pick was among the Raiders’ final cuts. Underwood appeared in 23 games for the Packers between 2010-11, but hasn’t seen the field since. He’ll likely be among the Cowboys’ first cuts in 2013.

Packers signed sixth-round CB Brandon Underwood to a four-year deal, including a $102,200 signing bonus.
A 2008 first-team All-Big East selection at Cincinnati, Underwood has the versatility to play both corner and free safety. He’s very low on Green Bay’s depth chart at either position, however, and probably won’t make the team.

Packers CB Brandon Underwood is expected to take Will Blackmon’s (knee) spot on the active roster this week.
Underwood, the Pack’s sixth-round pick this season, will be the fifth cornerback. He’s still behind Jarrett Bush and Tramon Williams.

Packers S Brandon Underwood is out “a couple” of weeks with a knee sprain.
Underwood was already on the bubble after a July arrest for allegedly assaulting his former wife, so any missed reps in training camp are going to hurt. At this point, we’d be surprised if the former sixth-round pick made the team.

The Boston Globe’s Greg A. Bedard believes CB Brandon Underwood is likely “in his final days as a Packer.”
A former Packers beat writer, it’s unlikely Bedard has drawn that conclusion out of thin air. A role player, Underwood’s roster spot is indeed in grave danger after he both allegedly assaulted his wife and was convicted of “prostitution non-marital intercourse” this offseason.

Packers CB Brandon Underwood pleaded not guilty to a disorderly conduct charge, stemming from a June incident with his wife.
Underwood has a pretrial hearing set for September 13, with the trial scheduled for September 26. Underwood is accused of ripping a necklace off his wife outside their Green Bay home.
