The Ravens will continue to rely heavily on the run with Chester Taylor starting the next two weeks.

Baltimore doesn’t have any other options. Look for Taylor to be a solid RB2 for the next couple of weeks.

Chester Taylor suffered a minor ankle injury Monday night, but will be fine.

Taylor is very likely to start 2-4 games at running back for the Ravens after their bye week. He should be a solid RB2/flex position player during that time.

Chester Taylor is not out of the running for the backup running back job in Baltimore.

The Ravens are working Musa Smith hard, but if Taylor could still win the job if Smith can’t hack it. Taylor outplayed Smith in the first preseason game. That will need to happen again to pass Smith on the depth chart.

Chester Taylor is expected to start two more games at running back for the Ravens.

Taylor has two solid home matchups versus the Bengals and Giants. He should have a solid chance to top 100 total yards and pick up a score or two. He’s fine to use as a RB2/flex.

Chester Taylor has a chance to earn another start this week.

No real news about Jamal Lewis’ ankle injury, but it was serious enough to keep him out on Sunday. We’d grab Taylor if possible if your waiver period starts before news on Lewis’ injury hits Wednesday.

The Ravens “likely will rely” on Chester Taylor to carry the running load today versus the Giants.

The Giants are pitiful on run defense, so Taylor still looks like a fine RB3/flex play. We expect him to dominate carries.

Jamal Lewis (ankle) did not practice and remains questionable, but the New York papers are saying he won’t play against the Giants.

The Browns entertained a slew of mid-level free agents today, including running back Chester Taylor (Baltimore), linebacker Matt Stewart (Atlanta) and safety Brian Russell (Minnesota).

The Browns will build their team like the Patriots, with cheap veterans who put football first.

Chester Taylor was carted off the field Thursday after collapsing due to heat exhaustion.

The Ravens gave him only tough love afterward, ''Chester has to be ready to handle all the carries of a No. 1 back... Obviously, we’re not quite there yet.’' Taylor is a very underrated fantasy asset. Jamal Lewis is an injury-risk and doesn’t play much on passing downs.

Chester Taylor gained 55 of Baltimore’s 118 yards of total offense Saturday.

We’ve said it before: there may not be a more underrated backup running back in football. He ran up the gut well and is excellent on passing downs. He’ll cut into Jamal Lewis’ production more this season.
