Miramar (FL) cornerback Tracy Howard decided to become a Hurricane this morning over offers from Florida and Florida State. In his announcement, Howard had one of his friends come out wearing a Miami hat to make it official.
Miramar is the same high school that produced West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith and receiver Stedman Bailey.
Howard is the No. 40 overall prospect according to 247Sports and No. 13 overall recruit according to Rivals.com.
