Bills selected Ohio State CB Davison Igbinosun with the No. 62 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft after a trade with the Broncos.
The Bills gave up a third and a sixth to move up for the pick. Igbinosun (6’2/189) is a long, press-oriented boundary defender with 32-inch arms, built to disrupt timing and squeeze receivers along the sideline. Across 1,532 career coverage snaps, he allowed 115 receptions on 217 targets for 1,187 yards, trimming that efficiency to a 47.8 completion percentage and 9.4 yards per catch in 2025. His physicality shows up at the line and catch point, but also in the box where he totaled 158 tackles with 44 run stops over four seasons. Igbinosun’s athletic profile is a clear strength, showing explosion (42-inch vertical and plus long-speed (4.45s forty) that supports his press-man projection. However, 30 career penalties and inconsistent footwork in transitions highlight his grabby tendencies and stiffness against route breaks, making him a scheme-dependent second corner whose ceiling hinges on improved discipline.

Ole Miss has received a verbal commitment from 2022 four-star DB Davison Igbinosun.
Igbinosun (6'2"/185) announced at the conclusion of the All-American Bowl that he intended to play at Ole Miss. The four-star recruit is ranked as the 29th best defensive back of the 2022 recruiting class per 247Sports’ composite rankings, and is the 241st ranked player nationally. A native of Union, New Jersey, Igbinosun committed to Rutgers back in July, but de-committed from the university in October and re-opened his recruitment. According to his 247Sports’ timeline, he made an official visit to Ole Miss in early December, and now appears to be on track to join head coach Lane Kiffin in 2022. Prior to committing to Ole Miss, Igbinosun had also received offers from Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Boston College and Cincinnati, among others.

Rutgers received a verbal commitment from three-star 2022 DB David Igbinosun.
Igbinosun (6'3/185) has 20 offers in hand which he pared down to three schools that he visited over the past month - Duke, Pitt and Rutgers. He offers intriguing length for a defensive back and played receiver, safety and cornerback at Bridgewater-Raritan HS. A long strider, Igbinosun is adept at ball tracking and flashes the athleticism to turn his hips and run stride-for-stride with opposing wideouts. The Union, NJ product didn’t do a lot of camps this summer, so he doesn’t have a lot of verified testing results, but if he shows out this fall he could hit four-star status. As it stands the high three-star boasts a .8739 grade on the 247Sports composite board.
