  • FA Wide Receiver #15
    Ravens waived WR DeSean Jackson.
36-year-old Jackson caught nine passes across seven appearances for the receiver-desperate Ravens. Jackson still has his burst off the line, but is no longer a true menace down the field. He is sadly at the end of the line.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
DeSean Jackson (illness) is questionable for Week 18 against the Bengals.
Jackson did not practice at all this week because of the illness. He has peaked at a 35 percent snap share with the Ravens this year. Healthy or not, he is not a viable fantasy option for Week 18.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
Ravens signed WR DeSean Jackson to the active roster.
Jackson was elevated from the practice squad for the third time in Sunday’s win over the Broncos, leaving the Ravens with little choice to either sign him to the 53-man roster or release him to waives. The veteran receiver still has plenty of speed to burn, having caught 5-of-8 targets for 100 yards on the season, but is playing well-behind Devin Duvernay and Demarcus Robinson. Despite being permanently added to the 53-man roster, Jackson can be left off the fantasy radar at this time.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
DeSean Jackson caught 2-of-3 targets for 10 yards in the Ravens’ Week 13 win against the Broncos.
Jackson was once again used sparingly, playing well behind Devin Duvernay and Demarcus Robinson. He ran a pass route on 20 of the Ravens’ 48 drop backs against Denver, seeing most of his playing time in the second half. Jackson won’t be a fantasy factor unless Robinson or Duvernay miss time.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
Ravens elevated WR DeSean Jackson for Week 13 against the Broncos.
The move marks the third and final standard elevation before Jackson would need to be signed to the active roster or released to waivers. Jackson has played just 11 and 10 snaps in his two previous elevations, catching a vintage 62-yard bomb from Lamar Jackson in Week 12. Fantasy managers can likely find more certainty elsewhere for Week 13.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
DeSean Jackson caught 2-of-3 targets for 74 yards in the Ravens’ Week 12 loss to the Jaguars.
Jackson got behind the Jacksonville secondary late in the fourth quarter and secured a 62-yard catch on a heave from Lamar Jackson. Fantasy managers should contain themselves, however, as D-Jax ran a route on a mere seven of Lamar’s 37 drop backs against the Jaguars. Until he works his way into something close to a full-time role, D-Jax should remain on waiver wires.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
Ravens promoted WR DeSean Jackson ahead of Week 12 against the Jaguars.
Week 12 marks Jackson’s second appearance for the Ravens after he dealt with a hamstring injury over the previous two weeks. Expect another game of sparse utilization through a small snap rate for the veteran speedster, a role that could grow depending on the game-day status of Devin Duvernay and Demarcus Robinson, both of whom are listed as questionable.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said DeSean Jackson is still working his way back from his hamstring injury.
Jackson suffered a pulled hamstring in his Week 9 debut and was unable to make it back in Week 11 following the team’s bye week. The veteran receiver has a well-documented history of soft-tissue injuries, and according to Harbaugh, his current injury is taking a little longer to come back from than initially expected. Whether or not he’s able to suit up for Week 12 against the Jaguars is to be determined, but there’s no reason to have Jackson on the fantasy radar even if he is able to play.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
DeSean Jackson (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.
Jackson’s first appearance in over a year ended with a pulled hamstring after a little over two quarters. He ended his Week 9 debut with one catch for 16 yards. Demarcus Robinson and Devin Duvernay will continue to soak up the bulk of Baltimore’s wide receiver snaps whether or not Jackson plays this week.

  • FA Wide Receiver #15
DeSean Jackson caught 1-of-2 targets for 16 yards in the Ravens’ Week 9 win over the Saints.
He exited the game in the second half with a pulled hamstring, though it didn’t look overly serious, as he tried stretching it out on the sideline and kept his helmet on. It was Jackson’s first appearance of the 2022 season after recently signing with the Baltimore practice squad. Jackson should get a permanent 53-man roster spot soon with Rashod Bateman (foot) done for the season. Jackson is 35 years old and still has wheels, but he’s as boom-or-bust as ever in this low-volume passing attack.
