Colts signed LB Austin Ajiake to a one-year contract extension.
An exclusive rights free agent, Ajiake had 32 tackles and played 70 percent of the Colts special teams snaps this year. He also saw some sparse time at linebacker, with 157 defensive snaps over 16 games. The Colts also agreed to terms with RB Ulysses Bentley IV, CB Wyett Ekeler, DE Viliami Fehoko Jr., G LaDarius Henderson, QB Seth Henigan, T Bayron Matos, C Jimmy Morrissey, TE Sean McKeon, S Trey Washington, WR Coleman Owen, DT Tim Smith, G Bill Murray, DE Durell Nchami, S Ben Nikkel, WR Eli Pancol and G Josh Sills on reserve/future contracts.

  • IND Wide Receiver #83
Duke sophomore WR Eli Pancol caught three passes for 78 yards in Saturday’s 27-13 loss to Notre Dame.
Pancol (6'3/200) led Duke in receiving yardage on the afternoon. The wideout is still learning the collegiate ropes after logging a 6-91-3 receiving line across 12 games as a true freshman last fall. Off to a nice little start to the 2020 campaign. He’ll look for another solid game -- maybe with a bit more volume? -- when Duke faces off with Boston College next weekend.

  • IND Wide Receiver #83
Duke signed three-star 2019 WR Eli Pancol.
Pancol is the top skill-position player signed by Duke in rankings, with 247 Sports ranking him the 44th best wideout in the class and giving him a four-star grade. He chose the Blue Devils over several other big-name schools, including Tennessee, Louisville, Iowa, and Purdue; among others. With his size, he has a chance to be a red-zone threat, but it sounds like he may need to fill out his 6-foot-4, 180-pound frame. Still, based on reports, it sounds like Pancol could be a big-time contributor at some point.
