Hours after it was reported that he had signed with the Shanghai Sharks, Eric Bledsoe was arrested for domestic violence after allegedly slapping his girlfriend, according to a report from a TMZ.
Police in Lost Hills, CA responded to a call late Wednesday night where a victim claimed she had been slapped by her boyfriend. Bledsoe was booked and has since been bonded out. The girlfriend posted pictures on her Instagram, but the post has since been deleted.

The Portland Trail Blazers are expected to waive Eric Bledsoe ahead of his approaching guarantee date, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Bledsoe will become a free agent once the move becomes official, and according to Charania, several teams are expected to pursue him. Bledsoe will add some veteran experience in the backcourt wherever he lands, but his days of being a fantasy prospect are likely behind him. We will have more updates on his situation as they become available.

Eric Bledsoe (left Achilles tendinopathy) has been ruled out for the remainder of the season, the team announced.
Bledsoe has yet to make his Blazers debut, and we now know that he won’t be doing so this season. The team said that Bledsoe received a platelet-rich plasma injection on Wednesday, March 23 to address the tendinopathy in his left Achilles tendon which will officially end his season. Bledsoe appeared in 54 games for the Clippers this season, averaging 9.9 points on 42.1% shooting from the floor, 31.3% shooting from three, and, 76.1% from the free-throw line to go with 3.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 1.2 steals.

Eric Bledsoe (left Achilles tendinopathy) is reportedly not especially close to making his Blazers debut.
Bledsoe has missed his last seven games and that number is set to increase with Bledsoe still not given a timetable for his return. We’ll call him out indefinitely until we get a positive update, but this won’t affect much as far as fantasy basketball goes.

Eric Bledsoe (left Achilles tendinopathy) will not play in Wednesday’s meeting with the Grizzlies.
Bledsoe won’t be able to make his Blazers debut until after the All-Star break, but even then he’s not that attractive of an option with Anfernee Simons going off and Josh Hart finding his stride in his new town immediately.

Eric Bledsoe (left Achilles tendinopathy) has been ruled out for Monday’s game against the Bucks.
Bledsoe has yet to make his Blazers debut, and we’ll have to wait for at least one more game for it to happen. Since the veteran guard has yet to log rotation minutes in Portland, his absence won’t have an impact as far as fantasy basketball is concerned. And even when Bledsoe is cleared, Anfernee Simons will remain the starting point guard.

Eric Bledsoe (left Achilles tendinopathy) will remain sidelined for Saturday’s meeting with the Knicks.
He’s still waiting to make his Blazers debut, and if you’ve heard of another guard named Malcolm Brogdon, you’re aware that Achilles injuries can linger. We’ll let you know if any sort of timetable is announced for Bledsoe’s injury.

  • NBA Shooting Guard #22
CJ Elleby started and hit 4-of-11 shots for eight points, eight rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block in a whopping 43 minutes of Wednesday’s 107-105 win over the Lakers.
The 43 minutes were easily a team high and he was extremely active all night. He had 11 points, nine boards, four assists, two steals and a 3-pointer on Tuesday night and is suddenly a relevant player for the Blazers, who lost Nassir Little (shoulder) and traded C.J. McCollum to the Pelicans. Once Josh Hart and Eric Bledsoe make their debuts Elleby is likely going to take a hit, but he’s done enough in his last two games to be given a look everywhere.

Eric Bledsoe (left Achilles tendinopathy) will not suit up for Wednesday’s game against the Lakers.
He has yet to make his Portland debut, and while he remains out, Anfernee Simons should not lack for opportunity. Justise Winslow posted a solid line last night and may be asked to handle the ball more as well.

Eric Bledsoe won’t play on Tuesday against the Magic due to a left Achilles injury.
This means he’ll miss another Portland debut opportunity and is good news for guys like Anfernee Simons, C.J. McCollum and Ben McLemore.
