Bengals signed WR Mitchell Tinsley to a one-year extension.
He was an exclusive rights free agent. Tinsley pushed former third-rounder Jermaine Burton out of Joe Burrow’s circle of trust in the preseason and managed an 8/116/2 seasonal receiving line, with 15 of those targets coming against the Ravens and Patriots as Tee Higgins was out. Tinsley isn’t exactly a fantasy football sleeper, but Burrow’s rapport with him does make him interesting as a contingency plan. The Bengals also signed these 18 other players to ERFA one-year deals or futures contracts: LB Liam Anderson, C Jacob Bayer, HB Gary Brightwell, QB Sean Clifford, OT Andrew Coker, DT Howard Cross, OT Javon Foster, WR Xavier Johnson, CB Jalen Kimber, CB Bralyn Lux, WR Jordan Moore, LB Antwaun Powell-Ryland, S Russ Yeast, DE Isaiah Foskey, LB Joe Giles-Harris, LB Shaka Heyward, TE Cam Grandy, and S PJ Jules.

    Titans waived WR Jha’Quan Jackson.
The 2024 sixth-round pick was crowded out by a new GM who brought in a pair of fourth-round picks. Jackson did not play in the preseason. The Titans also waived: WR TJ Sheffield, DT Josiah Bronson, DT TJ Smith, OLB Desmond Evans, ILB Amari Burney, CB Jalen Kimber, CB Clarence Lewis, CB Jermari Harris, CB Davion Ross, S Julius Wood, and S Joshuah Bledsoe. They released DE Joe Gaziano, G Arlington Hambright, and C Sam Mustipher while putting a waived/injured designation on Matt Landers.
  • CIN Cornerback #40
Former Georgia redshirt freshman CB Jalen Kimber will transfer to Florida.
Kimber (6’0”/170) missed a majority of this season after having shoulder surgery in September. Avery Helm and Jason Marshall are the projected starters in Gainesville due to star corner Kaiir Elam leaves for the NFL. The redshirt freshman will hopefully be able to mix in and find a role.

  • CIN Cornerback #40
Georgia redshirt freshman CB Jalen Kimber has entered the transfer portal.
Kimber (6'0"/170) lost much of the season to a labrum injury, and got just three tackles in his two-year Bulldog career. Despite that, Kimber had a good chance to start next year and definitely has the skills and athleticism to make a big impact on whatever team he chooses. The former high four-star should have no shortage of suitors in the portal.

  • CIN Cornerback #40
Georgia received a verbal commitment from four-star 2020 CB Jalen Kimber.
Can’t say that Kimber did not do his homework before jumping in with the Bulldogs. This offseason, the 6-foot-2, 180-pounder out of Arlington took visits to a slew of programs, including Auburn, Alabama, Notre Dame and Florida (among others). Texas and Oklahoma were also close to his heart when making this decision. On the 247Sports composite board, Kimber ranks as the No. 239 overall prospect in the 2020 class. He is a killer athlete, but plays less physically than you would like at times. Georgia has come out with some monster recruiting classes under HC Kirby Smart, but at this juncture, they’re off to a little bit of a ho-hum start for the 2020 cycle. The Bulldogs have yet to land their first five-star prospect in the class.
