Florida State received a verbal commitment from three-star 2022 TE Jerrale Powers.
Powers (6'4/225) is considered the 68th tight end and 162nd overall recruit in the state of Texas from the 2022 freshman class. He currently sports a 247Sports player rating of 85 and commits to the Seminoles less than a week from his official visit to the FSU campus. The Duncanville, TX product chose the Noles over eight other offers, including overtures from Oregon State, Arizona State, Arkansas and Colorado.
