Vikings acquired CB Mark Fields from the Chiefs in exchange for a 2021 seventh-round pick.
Signed as an undrafted free agent in April, Fields (5’10/192) logged 112 snaps in the preseason, allowing seven catches for 65 yards. He made only six career starts in Clemson’s stout secondary, managing one interception across 48 appearances. He’s an interesting depth piece as a nickel or dime corner prospect in Minnesota.
