Raiders worked out free agent RB Mike Gillislee.
It’s due diligence from the Raiders after cutting Chris Warren. Gillislee has been out of the league since Week 4 last season. He would be little more than a camp body.

Colts worked out free agent RB Mike Gillislee.
The Colts have expressed optimism with their running back depth this offseason, so Gillislee would likely be a camp body if he ends up signing. Gillislee has averaged 3.6 yards on his last 120 NFL carries and was limited to just four games last year.

Free agent RB Mike Gillislee worked out for the Jaguars on Thursday.
The Jaguars have one of the league’s least-impressive backfields behind Leonard Fournette, though Gillislee wouldn’t be doing much to change that. Gillislee couldn’t find a job after the Saints cut him following Week 4 last season.

Free agent Mike Gillislee worked out for the Lions.
Gillislee has been out of the league since the Saints released after the first four games of 2018. He should land a 90-man roster spot somewhere this offseason, but Gillislee is just an end-of-roster flyer.

NESN’s Doug Kyed reports the Patriots “have been in contact” with free agent RB Mike Gillislee.
Gillislee was let go at final cuts when the Patriots decided to keep Jeremy Hill instead. Both Hill and Rex Burkhead have since landed on injured reserve, however, opening a need at running back. It would not be surprising if this reunion happens.

    Saints released RB Mike Gillislee.
Gillislee wasn’t needed with Mark Ingram back from suspension. With the Patriots short on running backs, it won’t be surprising if Gillislee ends up back in New England.

Mike Gillislee went for 10 yards on three carries Sunday in the Saints’ Week 3 win over the Falcons.
He remained a non-factor for the Saints, though neither team ran much on Sunday. Gillislee saw the same workload as gadget player Taysom Hill, which speaks volumes about his role in the Saints’ offense. He won’t be a fantasy consideration next week against the Giants.

Ryan Tannehill confirmed that Lamar Miller is the Dolphins’ starting running back.
Daniel Thomas and rookie Mike Gillislee are merely battling for backup snaps. Despite just 51 carries behind Reggie Bush as a rookie, the Dolphins have gone all in on Miller. “He’s doing a great job, really has a great handle on the offense and he’s doing a great job protecting,” Tannehill said. An explosive runner in an improving offense, Miller has upside as an RB2 in fantasy circles.

Dolphins signed fifth-round RB Mike Gillislee to a four-year, $2.322 million contract.
Although Gillislee lacks special traits, he couldn’t possibly be any worse than Dolphins incumbent backup and second-round flop Daniel Thomas. Gillislee fights hard for yards, has some necessary shake to him, and flashed violence in blitz pickup at Florida. With Lamar Miller having only carried the football 51 career times, Gillislee is a sleeper for rookie-year fantasy value.

The Miami Herald "(keeps) hearing” rookie RB Mike Gillislee’s name from Dolphins sources.
Per reporter Armando Salguero, there is great “internal excitement” about the No. 164 pick. A “longtime NFC scout” told the Herald earlier this month that Gillislee has the look of a career backup, but that’s still more than can be said for Daniel Thomas. “Internal excitement” for Gillislee or not, Lamar Miller is the heavy favorite for feature-back duties in South Beach.
