Brandon Marsh went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double on Saturday against the White Sox.
After going down 6-0 early, Marsh tried to help the Phillies claw their way back into this one with his sixth inning home run. They still wound up losing by a few runs, but Marsh got his. The home run was his seventh of the season and double was his 11th. All in all, he’s leading the National League with a .335 batting average and has an .870 OPS in what’s quietly been a phenomenal season to this point.

Brandon Marsh went 1-for-4 with a homer and two RBI in Friday’s win over the White Sox.
Marsh smacked a two-run homer off White Sox starter Anthony Kay in the bottom of the second inning to tie the game at 2-2. It was the sixth homer of the season for Marsh, who has now registered a hit in four-straight games and is slashing .340/.380/.532 in his last 15 games.

Brandon Marsh went 4-for-4 with a steal in the Phillies’ 3-2 win over the Padres on Tuesday.
Just one of Marsh’s singles was hard hit, but three were line drives to the outfield and the softest hit of the bunch got past Gavin Sheets at first base. Marsh is batting an incredible .332 this year. He entered 2026 with a career mark of .261 and a high of .280 from last season. He’s not actually hitting the ball any harder than usual, but it does help that he’s cut his strikeout rate. He’s currently at 22 percent, down from 26 percent last year and 33 percent from 2021-24.

Brandon Marsh (finger) went 1-for-3 with a double on Friday against the Dodgers in his return to the lineup.
Marsh wound up missing just one game after suffering a right middle finger sprain earlier this week. The 28-year-old outfielder has put together a strong two-month stretch to open the season, slashing .326/.355/.484 with five homers, 24 RBI and four steals in 52 games.

Brandon Marsh (finger) is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday’s game against the Padres.
Marsh left Tuesday’s game versus San Diego with a right middle finger sprain. Unsurprisingly, he’ll get Wednesday off while recovering, and Edmundo Sosa will get the start in left field.

Brandon Marsh thinks he’ll be okay after leaving Tuesday’s game with a sprained finger.
Marsh said he hyperextended the finger, but that “we’re good.” Edmundo Sosa will probably start if Marsh can’t go on Wednesday.

Brandon Marsh was removed from Tuesday’s game against the Padres with a right middle finger sprain.
Marsh was 2-for-2 before leaving the contest in the fourth inning. It sounds like a possible injured list situation considering the nature of the injury. There should be some clarity on his status ahead of Wednesday’s contest.

Justin Crawford is on the bench for Saturday’s showdown against the Rockies.
Crawford grabs a seat on the bench following his strongest performance of the season on Friday when he went 3-for-4 with his first career home run and two RBI. The 22-year-old rookie center fielder has supplied a strong batting average, as expected due to his speed, but he’s run a lot less than fantasy managers were hoping with just three thefts through 34 games. Brandon Marsh is in center field with Edmundo Sosa heading out to left field to face Rockies lefty Kyle Freeland on Saturday night.

Brandon Marsh (elbow) is out of the lineup for Saturday’s game against the Marlins.
Marsh grabs a seat on the bench for some extra rest following an early exit from Friday’s series opener with a right elbow contusion. The 28-year-old suffered the injury when he was hit by a pitch, but X-rays came back negative for any fractures. He should be ready to get back in the lineup once the pain and any swelling subsides. It’ll be rookie Felix Reyes taking over in left field in his absence.

Brandon Marsh was removed from Friday night’s victory over the Marlins with a bruised right elbow.
Marsh was drilled in the elbow by a pitch that just missed his elbow guard and caught him flush. Fortunately, X-rays came back negative for any fractures and he feels like he should be fine. He’s considered day-to-day.
