Orioles optioned RHP Cameron Foster to Triple-A Norfolk
Foster came on in relief of Trevor Rogers on Monday night and allowed four runs on five hits in 1 1/3 innings of work. He’ll head back to the minors but will likely be shuttled back to Baltimore at some point this summer.

Orioles recalled RHP Cameron Foster from Triple-A Norfolk.
Foster, 27, has made five appearances for the Orioles this season, posting a troublesome 5.87 ERA, 2.35 WHIP and a 9/6 K/BB ratio across 7 2/3 innings. He’ll function in a middle relief role for the Orioles.

Orioles optioned RHP Cameron Foster to Triple-A Norfolk.
Foster provided the Orioles with a fresh arm for Thursday’s doubleheader against the Astros, but he’ll head back to Triple-A with Cade Povich joining the rotation on Friday. The 27-year-old holds a 5.87 ERA, 2.35 WHIP and a 9/6 K/BB ratio over 7 2/3 innings in five appearances with the O’s this season. He’ll assuredly get another opportunity before the summer is through.

Orioles recalled RHP Cameron Foster from Triple-A Norfolk.
Foster came over in last year’s Cedric Mullins trade with the Mets. He’s sporting a 10.50 ERA in six appearances with Norfolk this year, and now has a 7.01 ERA in 21 career appearances at the Triple-A level. He’s likely up for low leverage appearances only.

Orioles optioned RHPs Anthony Nunez and Cameron Foster to Triple-A Norfolk; reassigned OF Jud Fabian to minor league camp.
Nunez struck out six batters over five scoreless innings this spring and looked like a strong candidate to make Baltimore’s season-opening bullpen. The 24-year-old came over from the Rays in the Cedric Mullins trade last July and figures to reach the big leagues at some point later this year.

Orioles selected the contract of RHP Cameron Foster and OF Reed Trimble from Triple-A Norfolk.
Foster came over from the Mets at the trade deadline and gets a spot on Baltimore’s 40-man roster to protect him from next month’s Rule 5 Draft. Trimble was the club’s second-round selection from the 2021 MLB Draft.
  • Orioles acquired RHP Cameron Foster from the Mets in a three-player trade.
Foster is a bit old for the level, but the 26-year-old has been excellent for Double-A Binghamton this season with a 1.01 ERA and 34/5 K/BB over 26 innings since joining the Rumble Ponies. He could be a bullpen option for Baltimore before the end of 2025.
