Brewers optioned RHP Carlos Rodriguez to Triple-A Nashville.
With Rob Zastryzny returning from the injured list on Sunday, someone in the Brewers’ bullpen needed to get the boot to make room and unfortunately Rodriguez was the odd man out this time around. The 24-year-old hurler holds a 3.86 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and an 8/4 K/BB ratio across 9 1/3 innings in four appearances with the Brewers this season.

Brewers recalled RHP Carlos Rodriguez from Triple-A Nashville.
Rodriguez will return to add a fresh arm to the Brewers’ bullpen for at least a couple of days until Brandon Woodruff is ready to rejoin the club’s rotation. The 24-year-old hurler has posted a 2.25 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and a 5/0 K/BB ratio across four innings in two appearances with the Brewers this season.

Brewers optioned RHP Carlos Rodriguez to Triple-A Nashville.
He lasted six days on the roster, throwing two innings in two separate appearances on April 19 and April 22 while allowing just one earned run. Rodriguez will undoubtedly be back soon, but optionable relievers do tend to be optioned out in 2026.

Brewers recalled RHP Carlos Rodriguez from Triple-A Nashville.
Rodriguez bolsters Milwaukee’s bullpen as a long relief option heading into Saturday’s showdown against the Marlins. The 24-year-old swingman made four relief appearances last year and has been hit pretty hard in three outings at Triple-A Nashville this season. He did look sharp while pitching for Nicaragua during last month’s World Baseball Classic.

Brewers optioned RHP Carlos Rodriguez to Triple-A Nashville; reassigned INF/OF Jett Williams, 3B Brock Wilken, OF Luis Lara and RHP Jacob Waguespack to minor league camp.
Rodriguez made four relief appearances for the Brewers last season and figures to occupy a swingman-type role once he gets back to the big leagues. Williams was the big prize for Milwaukee in the Freddy Peralta trade back in the offseason and offers enough power/speed combo upside to make an impact in fantasy leagues once he reaches the majors. He isn’t too far away.

Carlos Rodriguez yielded one run over four innings on Sunday in a World Baseball Classic for Nicaragua against Israel.
Rodriguez struck out four and issued two walks. The 24-year-old righty made four relief appearances for the Brewers last season and is likely ticketed for Triple-A Nashville to open the regular season. Milwaukee has one of the deepest pitching staffs in the game which means his most likely path would be in a swingman type role at the highest level.

Brewers optioned RHP Carlos Rodriguez to the Rookie-level Arizona Complex League.
Rodriguez will remain part of Milwaukee’s emergency depth at their spring training facility out in Arizona as they embark on another postseason run. The 23-year-old rookie was hit hard in four relief outings this season at the highest level.

Brewers recalled RHP Carlos Rodriguez from Triple-A Nashville.
Rodriguez is going to be the bulk hurler behind Chad Patrick for Wednesday’s game against the Brewers. He’s struggled in his previous MLB action, and doesn’t make a good streaming option even before acknowledging a limited amount of innings.

Brewers optioned RHP Carlos Rodriguez to Triple-A Nashville.
Rodriguez heads back to the minors to clear space for Chad Patrick to come up and take the ball on Tuesday evening against the Rangers. The 23-year-old rookie has made three relief appearances for Milwaukee this season.

Brewers recalled RHP Carlos Rodriguez from Triple-A Nashville.
Rodriguez will be available in middle relief, though he’ll probably mop up for the most part. He’s given up seven runs and walked six in 6 1/3 innings for the Brewers this season.
