The side-arming right-hander broke through to the big leagues for the first time in 2025, posting a 4.10 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and a stellar 36/9 K/BB ratio over 37 1/3 innings for the Tigers. He should get an opportunity to compete for a spot in the Jays’ Opening Day bullpen.

Lee didn’t pitch in his one-day stint with the Tigers. He has a 4.10 ERA in 37 1/3 innings with the major league club this season.

The 27-year-old right-hander has done a nice job out of the Tigers’ bullpen in his rookie season, posting a 4.10 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and a 36/9 K/BB ratio over 37 1/3 innings. He’ll help to fortify the middle innings and get the ball to their late-inning tandem of Will Vest and Kyle Finnegan.

Lee is no stranger to the trips between Toledo and Detroit, and the 26-year-old will head back to Triple-A to make room for Kyle Finnegan. Lee will probably be back before the 2025 campaign comes to a close.

Lee has yo-yoed between Detroit’s bullpen and Triple-A Toledo already on several occasions this season as he continues to serve as extra middle relief depth. The 26-year-old rookie holds a sharp 1.00 ERA across nine innings (eight appearances) at the highest level. He’s certainly pitched well enough to deserve a longer look.

Lee heads back to Triple-A after throwing 2 2/3 scoreless innings in two appearances. He has a 1.00 ERA in nine innings for the Tigers overall this season.

Lee returns to the majors ahead of Saturday’s game against the Rangers to provide Detroit with some extra long relief depth with starter Casey Mize (hamstring) hitting the injured list. The 26-year-old righty has made six relief appearances this season in his first taste of the majors.

The 26-year-old hurler pitched in the first game of Thursday’s doubleheader and wasn’t going to be available for the nightcap most likely, so he became the unfortunate roster casualty here. Lee has posted a 1.42 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and a 6/3 K/BB ratio through his first 6 1/3 innings with the big league club. It shouldn’t take him long to earn another opportunity with the Tigers.

Lee had a 6.75 ERA and a 12/3 K/BB in 9 1/3 innings out of the pen for Toledo. This might be a brief stay for the 26-year-old, but hopefully he’ll at least get to make his major league debut at some point.

The surprise here is that all three are ranked outside MLB Pipeline’s top 30 in Detroit’s system at the moment. They’ll all be guarded from selection in next month’s Rule 5 Draft.
