The Indians plan to recall Chris Magruder from Triple-A Buffalo tomorrow.

“He’s somebody that we’re looking at,” manager Eric Wedge said. “He’s had some shoulder stiffness, but I think he checked out to be OK.” Magruder shouldn’t see much time in an already-crowded outfield picture.

This should earn Magruder some extra playing time, but don’t consider picking him up unless he has another strong performance.
