The 28-year-old southpaw made five relief appearances for the Angels back in 2023. There’s likely an organization out there willing to roll the dice since he’s a lefty with big-league experience.

    Ingram bolsters Atlanta’s left-handed relief depth heading into spring training following stops with five different organizations last year where he compiled a respectable 3.59 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 52/36 K/BB ratio across 52 2/3 innings (46 appearances) in the upper minors. The 28-year-old southpaw made five appearances during the 2023 campaign for the Angels.

    Ingram, who has yet to pitch in the majors this season, was placed on waivers for the sixth time since February and went unclaimed for the first time. Since it’s his first outright assignment, he’ll remain with Sacramento.

    The 27-year-old southpaw is once again on the move after being claimed off of waivers for the third time this calendar — after being jettisoned off of the 40-man rosters of the Tigers, Mets and now Rangers. He has registered a 5.14 ERA, 2.00 WHIP and a troublesome 3/7 K/BB ratio over seven frames at the Triple-A level this season.
