Quincy Hamilton hit his first AFL homer for Surprise on Friday.
Hamilton crushed the pitch 448 feet, one of two 105+ mph exit velocities he had on the night. He also swiped his sixth bag of the fall, and he’s now hitting .286/.368/.367 in 57 plate appearances. Hamilton, 26, hit .246/.350/.464 with 15 homers and eight steals in 99 Triple-A game last season. He might log some time on a major league bench at some point.
