Giants signed RHP Wilkin Ramos to a minor league contract.

Ramos, 25, has yet to pitch in the majors despite some fine numbers out of the pen in the Mets and Pirates systems the last three years. He had a 2.64 ERA and a 68/24 K/BB in 64 2/3 innings last season, though most of his success came in Double-A; he had a 6.60 ERA in his 15 innings in Triple-A. He still has a chance to surface in the majors at some point.
