Grayson Allen (knee, ankle) is out for Sunday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Allen joins Devin Booker, Dillon Brooks and Jordan Goodwin on the sideline for Sunday’s game. As a result, Jamaree Bouyea and Amir Coffey may be asked to play rotation minutes off the bench. Bouyea offers a slightly higher ceiling, but neither qualifies as a must-stream player.
  • PHX Guard #4
Jalen Green (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Green capped Saturday’s double-overtime win over the Magic with a game-winning three as time expired. Of greater interest to fantasy managers was that he logged 37 minutes, which casts some doubt on his availability for Sunday’s game. Phoenix is already shorthanded on the perimeter, so Amir Coffey will likely enter the rotation, especially if Green can’t play.

Grayson Allen (ankle) is questionable to play against the Spurs on Thursday.
Allen wasn’t initially on the injury report after missing the Suns’ final three games before the All-Star break with a knee injury. However, he may not be available due to an ankle injury. Both Devin Booker and Jalen Green will be back, and Amir Coffey may see a few extra minutes if Allen is out.
  • PHX Guard #8
Grayson Allen (knee) is not on the injury report for Thursday’s game against the Spurs.
Allen is back after missing three games with a sprained right knee. With Jalen Green and Devin Booker also available, Amir Coffey may fall out of the Suns’ rotation entirely after logging 20 minutes in a February 11 loss to the Thunder.
  • PHX Guard-Forward #2
Amir Coffey finished Tuesday’s win over the Mavericks with six points (2-of-3 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one three-pointer.
Coffey made his Suns’ debut on Tuesday, playing 13 minutes off the bench. The production wasn’t enough to make him a player worth considering in fantasy leagues, especially with Grayson Allen (ankle) out. Once Allen returns, it’s fair to question if Coffey will play consistent rotation minutes.
  • PHX Forward #18
Isaiah Livers (shoulder) will be re-evaluated after the All-Star break.
Livers suffered a sprained left shoulder during Thursday’s loss to the Warriors. Counting Saturday’s game against the 76ers, he’ll miss another three games before being re-evaluated. Livers’ absence may result in the recent addition, Amir Coffey, sliding into the rotation, offering additional wing depth off the bench. Coffey is unlikely to affect fantasy basketball.
  • MIL Forward #9
Bobby Portis (hip) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Pacers.
Portis did not play in Wednesday’s win over the Pelicans, resulting in Amir Coffey moving into the starting lineup. However, Coffey played 25 minutes while Jericho Sims played 28 off the bench. The former is the safer streaming option if Portis remains out.
  • PHX Guard-Forward #17
Amir Coffey has been traded to the Suns.
Coffey has barely been in the rotation for the Bucks this season, and now he’ll become a depth piece for Phoenix. He may see a few minutes per game, but he won’t play a large role with the Suns, barring multiple injuries on the wing.
  • PHX Guard #50
ESPN’s Shams Charania reports the Suns have acquired Cole Anthony and Amir Coffey in exchange for Nick Richards and Nigel Hayes-Davis.
Anthony’s first season in Milwaukee was shaky, and they’ll move on from him quickly to acquired depth at center. Anthony will be a depth guard for Phoenix, but he hasn’t made much of a fantasy impact this year, and there is too much depth in the backcourt in Phoenix for that to change.
  • MIL Forward #9
Bobby Portis (hip) has been ruled out against the Pelicans on Wednesday.
This will be a second consecutive absence for Portis, which led to Amir Coffey sliding into the starting lineup. Coffey didn’t make much of a contribution in the box score, but Kyle Kuzma had a fantastic performance and could provide an encore against New Orleans.
