    Sixers coach Larry Brown said after last night’s game that team doctors have advised Derrick Coleman to get ''two to three weeks’’ of rest.
    That doesn’t necessarily mean that Coleman will get rested. ''He’d kill me,’' Brown said when asked about saving Coleman for the playoffs. Coleman may play but not practice for the rest of the season.
