Chet Holmgren (illness) and Alex Caruso (hip) are off the injury report for Thursday’s game against the Celtics.
Holmgren and Caruso are back after missing Monday’s win over the Nuggets. While the latter will slot into the Thunder’s bench rotation, the former’s return likely pushes Isaiah Joe out of the starting lineup.

Chet Holmgren (illness) is out for Monday’s game against the Nuggets.
Due to a case of the flu, Holmgren will miss a second consecutive game. Isaiah Joe was productive in 35 minutes as a starter in Saturday’s win over the Warriors, and he should retain that role while Holmgren sits.
  • OKC Guard #9
Alex Caruso (hip) is out for Monday’s matchup with the Nuggets.
Caruso will miss a second straight game while tending to a hip injury, and guys like Isaiah Joe and Aaron Wiggins could be in line for extra minutes against Denver. Brooks Barnhizer is also in the mix for increased playing time, but he’s not on the fantasy radar.

Chet Holmgren (illness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Nuggets.
Holmgren is dealing with the flu, which sidelined him for Saturday’s win over the Warriors. Isaiah Joe moved into the starting lineup, accounting for 18 points, four rebounds, three assists and two three-pointers in 35 minutes. He would take on a similar role if Holmgren can’t return on Monday.
  • OKC Guard #11
Isaiah Joe accounted for 18 points (5-of-12 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), four rebounds, three assists and two three-pointers in Saturday’s win over the Warriors.
The Thunder did not have Chet Holmgren or Isaiah Hartenstein for Saturday’s game, with the former’s absence opening a spot in the starting lineup for Joe. While he did not provide any defensive stats, the percentages were solid for the Thunder wing. His fantasy value moving forward depends on the availability of players ahead of him in the rotation, but Joe is worth streaming on nights when he’s allowed to start.
  • OKC Forward #6
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Isaiah Joe, Luguentz Dort and Jaylin Williams will start Saturday’s game against the Warriors.
Oklahoma City won’t have Chet Holmgren or Isaiah Hartenstein for Saturday’s game, leaving two openings in the starting lineup. Joe and JayWill will fill the voids, with the latter representing a solid streaming option for those looking for a low-rostered post player with double-double potential.
  • OKC Guard-Forward #8
Jalen Williams (hamstring) is out for Saturday’s game against the Warriors.
Williams, who has not appeared in a game since before the All-Star break, is due to have his strained hamstring re-evaluated soon. Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Joe have taken on added importance in Williams’ absence.
  • OKC Guard #9
Alex Caruso (left hip contusion) and Isaiah Hartenstein (left calf tightness) will not return to Wednesday’s game against the Knicks.
Caruso and Hartenstein suffered their injuries during the second half of Wednesday’s game and were ruled out late in the fourth quarter. Isaiah Joe and Aaron Wiggins have seen their minutes increase in crunch time. Caruso finished with three points, four rebounds, one assist, two steals and one three-pointer, with Hartenstein going scoreless with five rebounds and two assists.
  • Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (core) is not on the injury report ahead of Wednesday’s game against the Knicks.
SGA sat out against Chicago on Tuesday, but he’ll be back to take on New York. Isaiah Joe played well as a starter in his place but will return to playing a reserve role with SGA available.
  • OKC Guard #11
Isaiah Joe started on Tuesday and contributed 19 points (7-of-15 FGs), two rebounds, one steal and two three-pointers against the Bulls.
With Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (abdominal) and Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) out, Joe returned to the starting unit. This was the first leg of a back-to-back, so he will likely return to the bench against the Knicks on Wednesday. Joe has been excellent over the past month, though most of his strong performances have come as a starter. He isn’t consistent enough to be worth streaming in when he’s coming off the bench.
