Pete Nance agreed to a two-year, minimum contract with the Bucks, according to NBA Insider Jake Fischer.

It’s a two-year, non-guaranteed contract for Nance. The Bucks somewhat curiously waived the 26-year-old forward last week, but elected to bring him back now. While much remains in flux with the Bucks’ roster, Nance seems ticketed for a reserve role next season. He averaged 5.4 points and 2.7 rebounds in 15.7 minutes per game over 47 games (six starts) last season.

Pete Nance (knee) has been ruled out against the 76ers on Sunday.

Nance will miss a second straight game to wrap up the season. Jericho Sims played 30 minutes on Friday but should play even more minutes with Myles Turner (ankle) out as well. Nance has a non-guaranteed $2.49 million contract in places for 2026-27 with the Bucks. Major changes are coming here, so it’s hard to project his role, but it’s possible he could be a reserve for the team next year.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) and Myles Turner (ankle) are out for Sunday’s game against the 76ers.

To no one’s surprise, Antetokounmpo will not play in Sunday’s season finale. Turner is also out, which means more playing time and a likely start for Jericho Sims. Pete Nance is questionable, and his minutes are likely to increase if he can play.

Ryan Rollins (hip) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Nets.

Rollins recently missed time with a strained right hip, but he was not on the injury report for Friday’s game. Now that he is, the Bucks could slot Pete Nance back into the lineup if Rollins doesn’t play. His absence would also free up additional playmaking opportunities for Ousmane Dieng, AJ Green and Taurean Prince.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) is out for Friday’s game against the Nets.

Antetokounmpo will remain out for another game, and fans may have seen him play for the final time this season. Ousmane Dieng and Pete Nance have played increased minutes recently, with the former offering a higher ceiling for those in active fantasy leagues.

Ryan Rollins, AJ Green, Ousmane Dieng, Taurean Prince and Jericho Sims will start Wednesday’s game against the Pistons.

Rollins is back after having missed three of Milwaukee’s last four games. His return means that Pete Nance will come off the bench in the lone change to the Bucks’ starting five.

Myles Turner (ankle) and Kyle Kuzma (Achilles) are out for Wednesday’s matchup with the Pistons.

Turner and Kuz sat out Tuesday’s matchup with Brooklyn, and they’ll both miss the second leg of Milwaukee’s back-to-back set. Jericho Sims and Pete Nance could see significant frontcourt minutes.

Ousmane Dieng, AJ Green, Taurean Prince, Pete Nance and Jericho Sims will start Tuesday’s game against the Nets.

The Bucks won’t have Ryan Rollins, Kyle Kuzma or Myles Turner for Tuesday’s game. Prince, Nance and Sims move into the starting lineup, with Prince offering the highest ceiling for those in active fantasy leagues.

Myles Turner (ankle) has been ruled out against the Nets on Tuesday.

Turner will be unavailable, which opens up a starting spot down low. Either Jericho Sims or Pete Nance will fill the void, though both should take on extra minutes.

Ryan Rollins, AJ Green, Kyle Kuzma, Ousmane Dieng and Myles Turner will start Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies.

Rollins is back after missing the last two games with a hip injury. However, it’s Pete Nance who heads to the bench. Green remains in the starting five, which preserves his fantasy value.
